We spent 3 nights in that hotel. All parts of the hotel were clean : our room and also the commons places. The hotel is not located in the centre but a bus stop and a tram station are not far. The breakfast (until 10.30 AM) was pretty nice with a lot of different things.

The hotel is outdated and needs some refurb. Rooms are clean. The wifi works perfectly fine in the lobby and room - free of charge. The breakfast is ok, not good tho. It's about 15 min to the city center (tram 8 or 18). The staff doesn't know how to do customer service. When we checked out he didn't even...

This hotel is very basic but clean and friendly staff. It's quite a walk to the centre of Prague. The breakfast was also very basic but good enough to start your day with. I would have preferred to be closer to centre but appreciated the quiet tranquillity of the hotel. It also has a beer spa. Bathing in beer with...

A beautiful hotel in Art Deco style. Large rooms, goed beds, quiet and a very friendly staff. We stayed there for 4 nights. The breakfast was ok and so was the food in the restaurant. Not spectacular bur for a very low price. We enjoyed every minute. Tip: near the hotel at the right in de main street, you can...

The building has some interesting history being a hotel used for high level Communists when still behind the "Iron Curtain". Rooms are quite large, comfortable but not luxurious, service was fairly average but not bad. The breakfast wasn't the best but acceptable for a hotel of this standard. The tram stops just out the front and was fairly cheap and...

I normally don't give negative reviews unless I have a good reason. I arrived at my hotel room in the evening to find bedding with feathers, which I'm allergic to. I called reception to request a replacement and waited two hours. I called back to make the request again and was hung up on by a rude man! My hypoallergenic...

Stayed for 3 nights. Good value as I got a deal at around 1.100 CZK per night. Standard rate of over 3.000 CZK p/n is way too much imho. At that price nearby Diplomat would be a far better deal. Little is left of the splendour when Crowne Plaza ran the hotel. The furniture and the bed are still the...

Very large and impressive looking building, the inside did not let this down at all. Very freindly and helpful staff, who really could not do enough for us. The restaurant food was of a very good quality and very reasonably priced for a capital city hotel. Our room was large and had all creature comforts, very cosy considering the temperature...
