What an impressive first impression! Enjoyed our stay except for two things: 1. Luckily the window opens because we didn't figure out the heater controls. 2. You could get great free internet--at the bar! Spotty in our room. What can I say, I was warned with this sign at the entrance!

I stayed here for one night and business I was quite impressed with the area. I received a complimentary beer on arrival which is always a plus point. The staff are friendly and helpful and checked me in quickly. The room was pretty standard but clean and comfortable with a decent shower. The breakfast in the morning was tasty and...

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and had a great time. The hotel is slightly far from the city centre but has a great connectivity by tram, the nearest station being zelena. We loved just hopping on the tram and and exploring the city while going to the various sites like Prague castle, old town...

Ok to start with this hotel is not so great, rooms are dated and in need of a facelift.. So to then have the front desk staff be so rude is going too far... Two separate individuals who were checking in the group I was with were so rude it was shocking.. Our guide was shouted at, told to shut...

Really friendly and helpful staff. We were even lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite. There were tram stops very close to the hotel that took us directly in the Old Town. We also went to a delicious popular Czech restaurant/bar nearby recommended by hotel staff.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Basic service is non-existent. Rude staff and very poor standard rooms. Please don't waste your money staying here. Given the bad location, you would expect much better service to keep customers coming, but from what I've seen and experienced, the staff don't care if customers keep coming or not! Basic questions to hotel staff get...

This is a beautiful hotel built during the communist period that became a staff house during Stalin's rule. The facade is well maintained and the rooms have been updated. This hotel is perfect for business meetings, conventions, etc. but the location is not so close to the city center so restaurants are very few and convenient stores if any close...

The Room on the 7th Floor was ok, bed and pillows are also ok. Everything was clean so far in the lobby and room. Staff in the Bar was friendly, and Front Desk also. Tram and Bus Stops are really near. Parking was also available. The Breakfast was ok so, but to really special. Not all plates were clean, but...

The Superior International Hotel in Prague is a trip back to the golden years. The desk and the Hotel hall looks like in the 20th of the last century, golden stucco, red carpets and the overall charm of that period. You feel as you can meet suddenly Greta Garbo on the main stairs. The Rooms are clean and the size are...
