My boyfriend and I booked this hotel from the 12th Feb to 15th Feb 2012 and a double Deluxe room was reserved. On arrival I the receptionist was very helpful and cheerful and we got to our room quickly. The room was quite large with wooden parquet floor throughout, a clean fairly spacious bathroom, desk and two wardrobes. One warning...

Stayed there for 4 nights. The strange thing that occurred was I have booked Deluxe room, but first time they gave me key from usual one. When I told the receptionist that, he said the only give Deluxe room for 3 people to stay. After all I got the deluxe room, but this limits were not mentioned at the website....

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The price was very good because the winter is the low season. The hotel is very close to the tram stop and metro station, so very convenient to visit anywhere in Prague. About 15 minutes walk to the Okd Town Square. Supermarkets are also very close. We stayed in a Franz Kafka...

Stayed here with 3 other couples before starting a river cruise. Even though the hotel is dated it has great character. Easy walk to old town square with a great modern shopping centre near by. One night the resturant at hotel couldn't accomadate our group the staff recommended another near by when we got there a table was all ready...

I stayed at this hotel for one night on a weekend trip to Prague on my birthday weekend from 22-23 Oct, 2011. We plugged the address into our GPS and had no trouble driving right to the hotel. We did have to drive around the block once because it sits on a one way street and I missed a turn....

We support the reports posted. The hotel reflects Prague history carrying the name of a city painter and our room, being the Frank Kafka Suite introduced us to the city's most famous writer. Furnishings are "antique" but comfortable and clean. It is close to transport, tram, bus and train. It's a ten minute tram ride to Namesti Republiky(Republic Square) cost...

We stayed here for two nights for my Wifes birthday. The hotel is very clean throughout and well maintained. Although the 'antique' appearance may not suite everyone we found it 'complementary' to the overall feel of the city. The beds are huge, the old style furniture provided plenty of storage space.and the bathrooms are modern. The only very small downside...

Good clean hotel with friendly staff. Large rooms with a HUGE bed and lovely antique furniture. A varied selection for breakfast, bread for toasting, fruit, cereals, jams, salad, coffee and juice plus a hot choice of scrambled eggs, sausage (hot dog type) beans. Very close to the metro for links to all the main attractions!

My husband and I booked this hotel for 3 nights in September 2011. The location of the hotel is good as it is in close proximity to Florenc metro station and about 15 minutes on foot to the historical part of Prague. It is an ideal point for sightseeing tours. Its entrance faces a main street but the hotels stays...
