Lovely hotel. We stayed in the executive rooms on the 5th floor. Very spacious and clean. Large king size double bed with separate quilts. The bathroom was all glass doors (3 of them.) so had to turn on the light if used the bathroom in the night so you wouldn’t walk into a glass door and as there was a tall thin window between bathroom and bedroom it shone very bright into the bedroom. Everything you needed was in the room. Mini bar at a charge also. The executive hub was an area we had free drinks and snacks with happy hour(the fridge was unlocked for alcohol and soft drinks) for two hours an evening 5-7. We went at 6 for a couple of evenings and the fridge was always nearly empty of beer and yet hardly anyone was in the bar area having a drink. One one occasion a couple from another floor came up and took 4 drinks each from the fridge and went back down to their own floor. The fridge was never restocked until the next evening. The breakfast was laid out very well with a lot of choice unfortunately it was all cold. The hot plate didn’t keep anything hot. Eggs were cooking so slowly on a warm griddle that only the bottoms were cooked and very snotty and cold. Bacon, beans, sausage even the porridge were all cold. Good selection of breads and cold meats, yogurt, fruit, fish etc. the hotel bar Oscars was very disappointing. Not a good selection of food or drink. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. Trams just a short walk away, plenty of restaurants and bars in the area. All in all a lovely stay. We would definitely stay there again but would have breakfast elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed her for 4 nights, with friends, over the new year period. The hotel is lovely. Very clean, with good rooms (we stayed in executive rooms) and a nice dining area. Whilst we were here, it was also my birthday and the hotel staff actually left a card and small gift for me while we were at breakfast, a very nice touch. The only down side for us was breakfast (we didn’t eat any other meals at the hotel). Although there was a good range of food available, all the hot selections were cold every day, including the porridge. We did try and venture into the hotel bar (Oscars) once, but on viewing the drinks on offer, decided it was too limited. Reception were very helpful in printing PLFs out, and they sell bud tickets if you need one. Overall, thoroughly recommend this hotel and would stay again. Just don’t expect a hot breakfast!

A nice hotel with sevral nice features. The pros - Location: Lively, well connected, out of the tourist area - Gym and wellness: Separate from the hotel but accessible. - Nice modern rooms. The bathroom was above expectation. The cons - Hospitality: I asked for a toothbrush, was treaded as an idiot and referred to a local farmacist. - Executive upgrade: Acces to a communal sitting area with free coffee and nuts wasn't worth it for me. The Russians running their business from there gave it a hostel like feeling. All in all a good hotel to spend a few nights.

Dear Entrophix, thank you very much for staying with us at Vienna House Andel's Prague before Christmas! We are very grateful for your honest review here on Trip Advisor, which will definitely help us to further improve our services. First of all, I apologize for obvious misunderstanding with providing a toothbrush. Please excuse us, as we definitely did not mean to be rude to you. Quite simply, we ran out of toothbrushes at that moment and unfortunately, did not have any to give you... I am terribly sorry about this. It is also pity that you did not enjoy the community feel of executive lounge. Part of executive package is also 50% discount for parking and free entrance to wellness. We very much appreciate also your praise, thank you for mentioning our lively location, quality of gym and wellness and the nice rooms. We sincerely hope to welcome you back again soon and hopefully improve your overall impression. With kindest regards from Prague, Katerina Joklova General Manager
