I stayed 2 nights neatly. It is located around Central station and Muzeum station so easy to go attraction places. It's cozy to sleep. Receptionist was so kind. They tried to settle out problem. If...

We booked for one night and were looking for somewhere near the railway station for an early morning departure. The Map although accurate is a bit missleading insofar as the Hotel is up a bit of a hill, and it's a good 10 min walk to the station (No access to the station on the side of the tracks the...

We wanted a home base for a week in Prague. Our main requirement was walking distance to old town and fairly cheap, and this fit the bill. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square and 15 mins to old town. The staff is very friendly, speaks great English and had some good advice on initial things to see in Prague. Breakfast...

This is a basic hotel that is ideal for a traveller on a budget. The room was clean, not too small, and had two single beds. The TV had no English channels but that wasn't an issue for me as I didn't spend too much time in the room anyway The shower in the bathroom was adequate, and there were...

We reached the hotel from the airport via the 119 bus and a metro ride which cost us about a pound each. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Wenslas square, in a nice quiet street, with pubs on its corners. When you open the front door you have two sets of steps to walk up before you reach the...

The hotel is inconvenient for people with disabilities, as you need to go up steps to get to the lift. However, this wasn't a problem for us, and the hotel location was amazing, and we could hear no noise from the street. The hotel was not easy to see from the street, as you need to buzz entrance into the...

Everything in this hotel was average, exactly what you would expect in this part of the world. The breakfast was predictable to the type of salami that was served. Only a couple of problems, 1 - the bed was horrendously uncomfortable, although I am quite picky with this. 2 - the humidity of the room was unbearable and with no...

A quiet location with lovely staff, basic hotel offering a basic but adequate breakfast, clean and tidy. On top 3 floors of a 6-7 storey building surrounded by bars and adult themed establishments. Close to Wencelas Square and A line underground.

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
