I had to stay 3 nights in this junk hotel for bussiness reasons. I had to stay in Prague, and my employee put me here... Rooms: I had the standard room-the cheapest one. OK, but come on. Top hotel should be 4* hotel, not a high school lodgings! My room was just disgusting. Everything was like 25 years old, carpet... More

Too bad for the beautiful building. The way it's run is poor. The staff are rude and incredibly unhelpful. We didn't have hot water for the entire 3 day stay. This hotel is not even close to the 4* it claims to have.Wouldn't recommend it.

Our standard room was very poor. The mattresses are uncomfortable and dirty. The two fabric covered chairs in the room smelt very very bad. Towels were very low quality and threadbare. Room was dirty and was rarely properly cleaned. It was a confererence stay so there was mass catering. The food was very poor - we suffered on at least... More

The hotel is lovely, spacious rooms and helpful reception staff. But STAY AWAY from the restaurant, especially the Praha restaurant. Food is awful, not at all fresh and causes food poisoning. And if you are a vegetarian, your money for the food will go down the drains. Literally no options and cooks , chefs and restaurant staff very rude and... More

Lovely hotel with huge rooms, reasonably located, decently priced, only thing is they need to improve their breakfast, below average breakfast, overall a pleasant stay. Bus stop right outside the hotel with connections to city centre

Really a nightmare - lobby are quite nice but the rooms felt like staying in a prison. Definitely a throwback from the Communist era. Breakfast Restaurant ??? was something akin to a Transport Café . The area that the Hotel is located is quite 'dodgy' to say the least - not a pleasant experience. Staff are very rude & unhelpful

Well... ugly building, ugly rooms, terrible and very cheap food, juice tastes as a water with some fruit dots. Strange hall with mixed styles, gold colors like in palace, but sorry, this is far far away to the palace. People at reception desk move so slowly, do not take any action and care if there is many guests waiting or... More

This hotel is "top" from the bottom. We had the worst experience during our stay at the "Top" Hotel. The stuff was rude, enough to make us wanna leave from the minute we got there, it was soo dirty and it had Soviet Union vibes (no offence). No warm water, no heat in the rooms, dirty towels and the breakfast... More

"Top Hotel" is complete misnomer. Initially impressed by the Grand Communist Era reception area and public rooms you lose this feeling as you make the long hike down dirty corridors and up filthy stairs to your room where you find basic facilities that are tired although fairly clean. Air conditioning did not work at all in one room and although... More
