This is a nice hotel in the very middle of Prague. The facility is located on a quiet street and on walking distance from Vaclavske Namesti (10 min.) and a metro station at Karlovo Namesti (5 min.). Our room at the 3rd floor was clean, bright and spatial. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were quite sufficient...

We booked a room for three people and were very pleased with our accommodation. Our suite had separate quarters which maintained our privacy. The rooms aren't fancy, but are clean and functional. The toilet was in a separate room from the shower; it would be nice if there were hooks in the shower room; there is no place to put...

Just spent a few nights here with a large group. The hotel staff were very friendly, provided a nice breakfast and the rooms were comfortable. The location is great, 15 mins walk to the old town square, 5 mins to the river, and there are numerous bars/shops right on the door step. Extremely high temperatures in Prague at the moment...

The hotel is right by the new town hall and therefore there are many underground and tram stops in close proximity. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was good quality. You also get a good nights sleep as it is in a quiet area. It's only about a 10 minute walk from Wenceslas square and...

Loved everything about this place - the wifi was good, the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, my view was breathtaking, the location of this hotel was very convenient with shops and cafes nearby as well as within walking distance to the main square.

The hotel lies in a quiet street in the middle of the town (a few meters from Karlovo namesti, with good connection to the subway and further the airport). We got a room on the top floor, it was extremely warm there (no complaint, it was December:). The room was big and clean, the bathroom was old but clean. Breakfast...

Although many tourists and close to the city center (walking distance), this is a quiet place with a good clean room and good breakfast facilities. The staff speaks English and answers questions. Worth its money!

I have stayed here on several occasions for business trips to Prague. It is conveniently located, so I could easily walk to the old town square within 15 minutes. The rooms are clean and nothing is broken. Room service was good. I only had brakefast included, which is served in form of a buffet with scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, small...

Fairly cheap hotel if a bit out of the way location wise. Very 70's decor and bizarre set up for the lift which only stops between floors so you either have to go up or down a flight to access (also cannot access from ground floor and need to bring luggage upstairs to reception so bear in mind if you...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
