It is a small decent hotel near to the charles bridge.. rooms are small but clean.. bed is not much comfortable but just for night stay is not that bad either.. Not so great for family as they were renovating the time we visited but for solo travellers it seems ok.. Breakfast was not that great either..

I've ordered double-standard bed for couples and when i've arrived I got a twin bed; after talking with the manager he said they don't have any double beds at all because the double beds located only on the 1'st floor which is under-construction for the next few weeks. Other than that, the staff was nice; good location for my opinion:...

This is a lovely hotel very close to the centre. The receptionist was ever so friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was generous and the room was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay in Praque. There is so much to see and do and we were glad we came for a whole week. Food and drinks are very cheap.

Firstly I would not call this a hotel. It is more of a glorified hostel! Rooms do have an ensuite but is very basic! Beds are very uncomfortable and you do not even get any in room tea or coffee making facilities! My view is awful! Overlooking a concrete wall and a roof! Day light in the room is very...

This hotel was close to terrible. The carpet on the floor must have been cleaned a thousand or more times so that dirt was more or less ingrained in the carpet. The TV must have been 30-40 years old. We were on the third floor and there was a 2 person lift. The lift stopped working on the second day we...

I spent 5 days at this hotel and I didn't like it at all. Can't mention any good thing. 1. The room smelled bad and was very dirty, smell of old furniture. 2. Very bad breakfast. Everything were cold and they only had sausages and cheese. 3. The restaurant staff were rude 4. They changed the towels one time in...

For a budget travel this is one of the best you can get - central location - close to the.river, close to metro/tram stations, close to Old Town Square and New Town. Also, clean rooms, clean sheets, clean toilet and shower, nice breakfast every morning, helpful if not overly friendly staff (it is the Czech way). Very very good experience...

Toilet and other services was cleaned and efficient, beds and other stuff was fully working and periodically remaked. it's also possible to come back in hotel in late night or morning, personal ever polite with everyone. The quality of place was awesome based on price, that was really low! I advice this place to everyone!

Me and my friend were inter railing through Europe and stopped at Korona Hotel (3 stars) during our Prauge visit. We were welcomed by a receptionist who seemed to be high, or very VERY tired. She told us to wait for our room 2h after check-in, although the check-out was 3 hours ago. We told her could wait like half...

Pair of shorts containing foreign currency disappeared from the room, the reception claimedthe cleaners hadn't found anything and of course knew nothing about it. Real shame, this hotel is in a nice location, but like so many places in Prague it is let down by useless and dishonest staff.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
