We stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights in February and had a wonderful time. The hotel is full of Czech charm with traditional Czech decor - very beautiful. Our rooms were spacious with lovely painted ceilings and stained glass windows. It was a very short walk to the castle and approx 10 minutes to Charles Bridge and the Town...

Cool/unusual hotel. Stayed in a junior suit. Unfortunately the room was right next to the elevator and right on top of reception and common area--was a bit noisy in the evening/night time. The windows face the street where cars (and trash truck drive early in the a.m.) Breakfast was not impressive (omelette, and fried mushrooms, buns/pastry, juices=not good quality). Good...

So, we stayed her for 5 nights for $365 Australian (USD 285). We had a moderately sized room on the top floor with breakfast. We had to pay for the Nespresso in our room which was 25 CZH per pod. Annoying but ok. Breakfast was good, overall a continental breakfast that will put fuel in the tank. Let me break...

One of the best hotels we have stayed, not because it is ultra modern or luxurious but because it had Character. In the old part of the city near the Prague castle, up the hill but beautiful places to visit. Clean comfortable rooms, in an antique style, and value for money. We loved the atmosphere and the quiet nights !...

Dear Guests, We appreciate your warm words regarding our hotel full of character, which I can only confirm, the hotel building is more than 400 years old and it served to Benedictine monks in past. Fantastic hotel in perfect location, just close enough to the Charles Bridge but not noisy at all. On arrival we were given two glasses of bubbles as a welcome and told if we had any questions about Prague/tourism in Prague to just ask reception. The reception was 24 hours which was great as we only had one key so left...

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighbourhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
