The hotel was booked for a party of six for 4 nights and confirmed in April 2012. On arrival in November. We were informed that the heating had broken down and we would be transferred to a sister hotel. The place was warm with lots of guests. We suspected a overbooking. Which was confirmed later. The transfer Hotel Carlton was...

The room itself ok. But the shower:first day- had no cold water in bathroom. Second day- no hot or even warm water at all (even after waiting an hour-and had plane to catch). The excuse I was given was that the hotel was full, so there wasn't enough hot water to go around. This is pathetic- if a hotel takes...

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. Our room was very plush in an old fashioned way and a little tired, but clean. Some of the older guests with us were really pleased with their rooms and thought them luxurious. We didn't eat at this hotel as my boyfriend had tried the restaurant on a previous visit and did...

As I have never been to the Chech republic or Prague I have nothing to compare it with, however if it is with other European cities then this would be way behind. Old decor, very heavy. Room however were good, beds comfortable, but lighting etc worked on and off. Breakfast was ok. Rooms were clean. You had to pay to...

This is the 1st review I have ever written. Take a deep breath...I talk a lot!!! I have now stayed at Hotel Belvedere 4 times (although the head receptionist thought more.....probably just seemed like more to her!!!), I have stayed at other hotels in Prague, as I had many ties there (although sadly no more - looking for an excuse...

Dark, tiled, dingy and in need of re-decoration. Always had problems here with the restaurant, either the cooks gone home without notice or they can't cope because of group bookings. Bar closes from 6 pm to 9 pm "because its dinner time". Staff helpful and porterage good but slow. Rooms very comfortable but those on main street side are plagued...

Hotel Belvedere is in a quieter area of the city but one which I love. Close to several tourist sites and just a few minutes away from the wonderful Letna Park. Hotel is very clean, beds very comfy and breakfast is very nice.

We orIginally booked a hotel trough Easyjet, but when we arrived in Prague the hotel was closed. (thanks easyjet) So we went looking for another hotel and we found hotel Belvedere. The service is really great, nice rooms and it is not to expensive. It's located just outside the centre, and with the tram it's only a few stops. You...

This was a very nice hotel and they upgraded my daughter and I to a bigger room at no charge! The decor in the lobby was very cheery and nice and the rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The hotel had no air-conditioning, however, but they gave us a fan when we asked for one. The breakfast was included...

Walking through the front door, I knew right away I was going to like this place. Before you reach the front desk, there's a bar two steps from the entrance with excellent beer on tap. And Prague is a city with a reputation for fine brews. The hotel is clean and attractive, with a friendly, helpful staff. Our room was...
