We have just spent four nights at the Unitas Hotel. What a fantastic place - I can only echo the previous comments, the reception staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel and rooms are absolutely spotless. Breakfast was delicious. A few minutes walk from the Old Town and Wenceslas Square so ideally located too.

Stayed for 3 nights in early August 2013 as part of a trip through Europe with friends. Location: Within walking distance of the city center, Unitas is ideally located for exploring Prague on foot. Day or night, you can easily take a 5 minute walk right to town center, which is especially ideal for any early risers who want to...

.We stayed here for 3 nights in a very well appointed King Size room. We can only echo the views of other guests. The staff were friendly and helpful (suggesting restaurants etc.). The room was spotless and the little kitchen area great for keeping drinks cool etc. Breakfast selection was first class and all obviously home made and fresh. I...

I was sold on the Unitas hotel from the moment we arrived. We took a taxi from the train station and were in the process of getting fleeced by the taxi driver when the man working at the front desk came out and helped us get a much fairer price from the driver. We were extremely grateful! We were then...

It's not often I give a hotel 5 stars. Unitas deserves it. Greeted by friendly staff and a glass of bubbly. No one harassing us for tips. Great breakfast. Centrally located, well maintained, historic building. Comfortable, quiet room in which everything worked. Safe neighbourhood - there is a police station opposite (during part of our stay it was draped with...

We have just spent five days in Prague staying at the Unitas Hotel. A small, simple yet stylish hotel with an interesting history. We stayed on the third floor in a suite. The bedroom and bathroom were excellent and quite large and very clean. The breakfast room was first-class, really good choice of food and well thought out decor. A...

We stayed for 5 days and loved the hotel. The service is excellent from arrival to departure, with a friendly welcome and a glass of sparkling Czech wine while you check in. The rooms are quite large with plenty of space. The hotel has complimentary dvds and books available for loan. The breakfast is wonderful with very attentive staff who...

We were so happy with our stay at Unitas.... beautiful room, amazing breakfast, great location and the nicest staff. We were especially appreciative of the air conditioning as the temps in Prague were pushing 100! Will definitely stay there again.

We loved it here. Staff were great - friendly and welcoming. Room facilities terrific. Good space, attention to detail, great breakfast. The breakfast was amazing in terms of variety, they offer just about everything you could imagine. We found the staff very helpful. Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
