We absolutely loved everything about this boutique classy hotel. I did a lot of research on hotels in Prague before booking and we were so happy with our decision to stay here. We adored the hotel, the lovely room, the architecture, the design, the cleanliness and of course the staff. Everyone including the front desk, the cleaning staff, the servers in the breakfast room were all so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious every morning and we enjoyed our welcome drink at the cozy bar in the lobby. It was nice to have a bar to relax in before turning in for the night.
The hotel was also situated on a quiet corner so our room was quiet and we had lovely windows and views. We booked the Deluxe Double Room with the Sofa Bed and it didn't disappoint. The bed linens were also of quality and very soft. We can't say enough about this hotel. So glad we stayed on this side of town at the Allure Hotel Prague! There are also some pretty good restaurants nearby. Prague is beautiful and so is this hotel. Every night when we returned from our sightseeing, we felt like home.
If I had everyone's name I would list each one individually. The owner is very lucky to have a staff like this. The customer service is amazing! It's evident everyone works very hard and I don't typically write such a high level review. If you love boutique hotels that go out of their way to please (not at all stuffy), you'll love this choice.

I had an incredible stay here with a friend for 3 nights in February.

From the beginning the staff were so friendly & helpful. We were greeted with a glass of Prosecco & Filip at reception gave us a map and let us know all the essential places to visit during our stay including restaurant & sight-seeing recommendations. The staff at reception helped us with out luggage & were extremely helpful in getting us settled for our stay.
The rooms are very comfortable & clean. It was cold in Prague during our visit & there was no problem getting extra blankets.
The bathroom was perfect & plenty of hot water available. Dressing gowns & slippers were provided for us.
The small bar at the lobby is cosy & stylish with lots of drinks options & friendly staff.
There is beautiful Czech glassware to be found all across the hotel, including in the bedrooms & the amazing piece in the stairwell.
The hotel itself is about 5 minutes from the old town square if you’re a fast walker; there is a gorgeous cafe across the main entrance called Elvira that serves lovely coffees & cakes.
When we were leaving, a taxi was arranged for us easily by reception staff.

Overall we had an incredible stay & I have already recommended this hotel to family & friends, and will continue to do so.

Thank you! :)

Exceptional boutique hotel, consisting of 52 rooms all decorated beautifully. From arrival to departure we had an amazing time. All staff are first class and go out their way to make you feel special. The breakfast selection is excellent and varied to suit all palates. Our highlight was the egg, salmon and spinach Benedict, scrumptious. The hotel is spotless with comfy beds. The special personalised card and welcoming cakes awaiting us in our room was a lovely touch. As it was my wife’s birthday they made our stay even more special by upgrading us to a king room and delivered a complimentary bottle of champagne which just exceeded our expectations. On arrival you are given a voucher for a free drink of your choice in the intimate bar during your stay where you are served by engaging and friendly bar staff. Location is ideal with a 5 minute walk to the river if you want to do a river cruise and a 10 min walk to the main tourist areas. Plenty of restaurants around the area and for an extra touch book a night at La Scene. Having travelled far and wide across the globe this hotel far exceeds many 5 star establishments and we would highly recommend this hotel if visiting Prague. It will not disappoint! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Disappointed!

We read the reviews and were looking forward to our stay at the Allure hotel. We've been to Prague many times and have stayed in some nice hotels.

But Allure was not what we had hoped for. The entry hall carpet was old and looked unclean. Once inside, the lack of harmony in the design and furnishings took us aback. The materials are high quality but the gold rimmed furniture with turquoise plush seating, the garish cabinets and light fixtures, and the brass fixtures mixed with chrome in the bathroom added up to an unattractive and showy mishmash of expensive materials that don’t go together. The irregularly shaped rooms and hallways, and the pattern of carpeting in the rooms just adds to the confusion of the overall design. (In my opinion hardwood floors in a hotel room are always preferable.)

The welcome cupcakes in the room looked very nice but were stale. And breakfast was another disaster. The breakfast area is in the basement with no windows and walls lined by unattractive posters. I tried several breads and they were all stale, the homemade yoghurt was lumpy, the water for the tea was lukewarm and therefore didn’t steep the tea, etc.

On the bright side, the staff members were all very friendly and helpful. The mattress and bed linens were very good quality. And the location is great.

If the hotel room cost less it would be easier to accept the poor design choices and the poor breakfast and breakfast area. But we paid CZK 6,634.36 for one night. In my opinion it was very overpriced for what it was.

Dear Diane, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us following your recent stay at Allure Hotel Prague. While we are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations, we are glad that you found our staff friendly and helpful, and appreciated the quality of our bedding and the hotel’s central location. We take great pride in the design of our hotel, which was carefully curated to blend elegance with comfort. Of course, design preferences can vary widely from guest to guest, and we regret that our aesthetic did not align with your personal taste. We do, however, appreciate your detailed observations, and will take your comments into consideration as we continually work to improve the guest experience. Regarding your breakfast experience, we sincerely apologize that it did not live up to our usual high standards. We are currently reviewing our breakfast service to ensure that all items are fresh and served in the best condition. Your feedback is invaluable to us in this process, and we will take immediate action to address the issues you highlighted. While we may not entirely agree with some of your assessments, we respect your perspective and are committed to making improvements based on the input we receive from our guests. Thank you again for your stay and for sharing your thoughts. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to the Allure Hotel Prague in the future, where we will strive to exceed your expectations. After reading the reviews on here we decided to book a 4 night stay at the Allure, wow it surpassed all our expectations, the first mention is to the staff each and everyone who we encountered were just so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble I know it has been mentioned previously but you really do feel like part of a family. From the moment we arrived everything was perfect the taxi they organised for airport transfer, complimentary arrival drinks, the delicious homemade cake in our room upon arrival and the daily complimentary water, the room (201) itself was spacious, spotlessly clean and well designed. We requested an ironing board and it was with us within minutes, the reception staff and hotel porter were particularly helpful with local information, recommendations and booking restaurants which were all first class. The breakfast team couldn’t have done more to help not to mention the delicious breakfast from the wide choice of buffet to dishes cooked to order. All in all we cannot rate this hotel more highly 10/10, we would like to extend our genuine thanks for a wonderful stay and we very much look forward to returning.

This hotel is excellently situated within the Old City, only a short walking distance to the Astronomical Clock and other attractions. There is a restaurant, Katr, <50m from the hotel that serves hearty local cuisine, takes walk-ins and is popular with locals. There is also a nice coffee shop, Elvira, almost next door to the restaurant.

The hotel itself is very new, modern, bright and airy, but the excellent service from the staff doesn’t betray the fact that they are only operating a year or two. On arrival we were welcomed with a complimentary drink, a map of the city and the option of receiving information about available tours.

The rooms and en-suites are well appointed and the layout offers space for relaxing, optimal privacy and minimal noise pollution from other guests. There is ample storage and space for suitcases. The beds and bedding offer a comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast area in the basement is also an inviting space and the food options are plentiful. I particularly liked the mini strudel and yoghurt with fruit compote.

During our stay we approached reception with various requests (an umbrella for the rain, a toothbrush, calls for taxi-cabs) and every time they were able and happy to oblige.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone, but especially for couples who want a stay with a bit of luxury.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with a fantastic heater that made our stay very comfortable. The interior design is modern and cool, and the location is excellent—close to everything yet in a quiet area, making it ideal for relaxation.

However, I’m giving the hotel a low rating due to their handling of deposits. Upon check-in, we were asked to pay an additional deposit that was not clearly communicated beforehand. They claimed this was mentioned in the terms and conditions we agreed to, but I found this misleading. Such important details should be stated upfront to avoid confusion or dissatisfaction.

Additionally, when we were checking out, the receptionist informed us that the deposit couldn’t be refunded in euros and would only be returned in KC currency. This was highly inconvenient as we were leaving the city and had no use for the local currency. After arguing, she suggested we leave the extra money for the hotel, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

While the hotel itself is lovely, their deposit policy and customer service need serious improvement.

Dear Mariam, Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent stay with us. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the cleanliness, modern design, and ideal location of our hotel. Your comfort and satisfaction are very important to us, and we are glad you found our facilities welcoming and relaxing. Regarding your feedback on the deposit policy, we would like to clarify that since the room charges were not paid in advance, the deposit was required to secure the stay and possible extras, which is a standard procedure at our hotel. As for the issue during checkout, we regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred. We indeed do not return change in foreign currency only in CZK as we do not keep foreign currencies on hand. We apologize if this process caused any inconvenience. To clarify, it was never our intention to suggest you "leave the change for the hotel," and it seems there was a miscommunication during the conversation. You were offered several options, including getting the deposit in original currency back and paying by card or partially by EURO and CZK so you will not end up with change in unwanted currency. We genuinely appreciate your feedback, as it helps us refine our services and communication. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future, giving us the opportunity to provide you with a seamless and exceptional experience. Kind regards, Jan Veškrna - General Manager Allure Hotel Prgaue

Prague is a one of the most beautiful cities in Europe reason for which it receives a lot of visitors. The location of the Allure is just perfect because it is in a quiet area with multiple bars and restaurants around , away from the touristic area where is crowded but at the same time just 5-7 min walk from the main center. Everything is very close. The staff of the hotel was exceptional in all aspects. The rooms are big for European standards , modern and extremely confortable. The breakfast was excellent . Even has a small but very pleasant and relaxing bar. Charlie was great! While walking thru the city I passed by some of the big 5 star hotels in Prague and without a doubt I would choose to stay again at this very nice boutique hotel.

What a pleasure it was to stay at this wonderful boutique hotel. The best compliment I can give this hotel is that, to single out a member of staff who gave excellent service would be unfair, as they all did, every single one. We spent 4 days celebrating my wife’s birthday, the whole team at Allure made it all the more special. We had a very nice spacious room, spotlessly clean, courtyard facing with a balcony enjoying total silence at night. Comfortable super sized bed, sofa, armchair, desk & chair, minibar and a large modern TV. Ample wardrobe space including a safe, bathroom with a large bath & shower over. The hotel is just a short walk to the old town square and many other attractions, reception was always on hand to offer advice on where to visit or recommend local restaurants etc. The bar was small but well stocked I even tried an excellent local whisky that I would not have considered had it not been recommended. Breakfast had a very good assortment of hot and cold foods plus an a la carte menu at no extra cost. The staff in the restaurant were discreetly attentive and remembered each morning the way I liked my coffee.
It is very hard to find fault with this hotel and to do so would be churlish and minor. I will personally be recommending this hotel to family and friends. Well done ‘Team Allure’ a memorable & enjoyable stay.

A newly open hotel just a very short walk from the old town square. An ideal location to explore Prague for. We had the big room with sofa.

It was comfortable, cozy, with a small balcony, a small bit non functional kitchen (only for making coffee and tap water), bathtub that was nice and an awesome huge TV with Netflix and cast option. The cast worked perfectly unlike other places I’ve been to. The room was cleaned very well every day, you just press a button in your room when you go out and they clean the room until you are back.

The breakfast was small but great value. There is a very small lobby bar as well where you can find even cocktails. Prices are very good.

The place has a real home feeling. If it had room service would have be just perfect.

I am very happy i booked this place.
