Positives: Great value for money. Free tea and coffee available all day. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, and made an effort to chat with you, without being too overbearing. The location was excellent (approx. 10 mins at my slow pace to the centre). The wifi was free and quite strong. There was some cool artwork, and also cute...

My reservation was confirmed and I arrived in the city and went to the hostel. But they said that they have cancelled my reservation. I got shocked and disappointed especially because it was 9 pm Saturday, I asked why you cancelled and why you did not send any email notifying me that my reservation is cancelled. The response was very...

We have been travelling around Europe and have stayed in some brilliant hostels, however this is not one. Upon arrival the female member of staff was not helpful and to be quite frank was very rude. We got put into this dark dingy room which hadn't seen a Hoover in years, it was dirty and it was far too small...

well, not much expectations from hostel. location is good, lidl is right on the corner, old town is 10 minutes by walk, 3 minutes by tram. but the hostel is really dirty. breakfast means coffee/tea + milk and cornflakes + bread and jam/butter. rooms are small, you literally sleep next to each other. cheap, but I think its not worth...

This hostel is small but cozy, colorful, clean, they provide small but good breakfast. If you want to cook something, kitchen is complete to do it. Staff very friendly specially Miguel, he is the kindest guy in a hostel I ever met. Just recommendation: more sockets close to the upper beds and some beds are noisy.

Worst hostel I've ever been to: 2 bathrooms (one without the tablet) for 30 people, kitchen was without cookers, the hostel keeper very impolite and nasty. My friend's sheets were also bloodstained. Everything at the modest sum of 20 € per night.

After ruining our time in Prague because of how terrible this hostel is, I discovered that over £90 had been taken from my account without notice. We called up and were told it was because we broke the lockers in our room, which we couldn't use because they were broken! Also, because we'd written a bad review about the place....

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
