They say first impressions last. Our first impression of Prague entering the doors of moods hotel, wow what a greeting. The people you encounter will always shape your stay and the friendly and helpful staff at moods made our stay incredible. Great size unique rooms. Breakfast catered for all. Moods is a hotel unlike anywhere we've stayed before only problem.....

Stayed here for a long weekend in November 2016. Hotel was compact and the room was a bit on the small side for a Superior room. But it was clean warm and very friendly. The staff were extremely helpful with suggestions of where to go to eat and what to do on a wet Saturday. Hotel was within easy reach...

Moods is an innovative and inspiring hotspot with a friendly and service minded staff. Interior is fantastic and an example of a good modern taste. Perfect breakfast and massages. Location at the centre of the great city; you can walk to all the historical spots in town. Beds and room have an outstanding quality for a reasonable rate.

Our room was small with two beds but we did not need more - The poetry was a very cute addition, and the lighting was fun to learn! The Shower is a little hard to get in, BE SAFE! as I have short legs and there is no handle, BUT - EVERY possible downside is forgiven due to this amazing...

It was really a hotel full of style, the stairs had so many nice colours on every level, there were also elevators so you don't have to take the stairs, it is near the city center. The bar was a nice place to sit, and the breakfast was really nice, this is the best hotel.

The staff at Moods are efficient. courteous and indeed charming. The trouble is that the rooms are small (at least ours was) and the bathroom was badly designed (you need mirror lighting that allows you to see yourself properly). It didn't help that they raised the price by a factor of about five for New Year's Eve.It wasn't awful but...

The staff was so helpful, providing recommendations, printing itineraries. The hotel beds are so comfortable! Rooms are little hot, but if you open a window its manageable. The breakfast was amazing!!!

The hotel is under ten minutes walk from the Old Town Square and is on a quiet side road so there is no road noise. The staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well appointed but you can hear a bit of noise from adjacent rooms, especially when the bathrooms are in use. The hotel...

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
