We have just returned from a 4 night stay at Hotel Clement. From the airport, we used Bolt to travel to the hotel which cost just over £7

Upon arrival we were greeted by Petr who was very friendly, humorous and informative. Petr chatted to us about whilst checking us in which made a positive start to our break

Throughout our stay, we saw Petr various times (acknowledging us every time) and he checked us out too. He is a credit to the hotel!

Our room was on the 5th floor; we didn't have a view (only of the street), but this didn't bother us as we weren't in the room for a lot of the time

The room was modern, clean and welcoming. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was an added bonus!

There was a hairdryer, safe, sizeable wardrobe and plenty of space in general to move around. The only downside is that there wasn't a mirror at the desk area to get ready, and there wasn't a full length mirror in the room at all

Breakfast was included in the price; we ate at the hotel every morning. There was a wide range of options from cereal, yoghurt/granola, pastries, bread/toast, cooked options etc. We did wish there was a wider range of fresh fruit such as berries to go along with the yoghurt and pancakes

The hotel is in a great location, outside of the hustle and bustle of the Old Town Square. Despite this, the hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk away from the Square and many other main attractions

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would recommend it to others!

Excellent hotel, in a great location.
The hotel is located within walking distance of all the sites, the metro, public transportation and the Palladium Mall. The area is very quiet and safe. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The rooms are spacious, clean and beautiful. We stayed for 6 nights in a suite on the 8th floor (with 2 rooms, 2 SMART TVs and 2 bathrooms) with a view of the city and with a microwave, Nespresso and more.. and another room on the 9th floor with a balcony and a panoramic view of the river. The breakfast is very good. The service of the entire staff is exceptionally kind, pleasant and sympathetic. (Peter - thank you very much!!).

🟰 Location, cross and delight: about 15-20 minutes from downtown, it is still located at the end of the tourist area. So if you want to go back to the hotel to rest, you have to take into account having at least 40 minutes to get there and back.

✅ Friendly staff: Reception available and always ready to solve small problems.
✅ Rich and varied breakfast: Wide choice of sweet and savoury products, appreciated by all customers.
✅ Modern and functional rooms: New furnishings and well-organized rooms.
✅ Quiet area: Despite the proximity to the center, the hotel is located in a quiet area.

Disadvantages:
❌ Not recommended for light sleepers: the curtains cover little light and the heating/cooling fan makes a lot of noise even at a minimum
❌ Problematic heating: problems with temperature regulation, difficult to find the square
❌ Improveable soundproofing: Some noise disturbance from the neighboring rooms.

We came to the Clement Inn for our wedding anniversary and booked for 5 days. The Pension is very well located (5 minutes walk from the historic center), it is quiet and very quiet. The rooms are large and clean. Only small downside: for a 4 star, the toilet could have been separated.
As for breakfast: it is perfect, nothing is missing whether it is savory or sweet.

The hotel is modern, the rooms are well furnished and you can, for example, travel into the city with a ticket for local transport. The next stop is just around the corner.

You can buy the local transport ticket on your cell phone using the PID app. There is also a money exchange office not far away.

The breakfast is extensive and good. The staff were really courteous and friendly.

You can also arrive by car, but the car elevator into the underground car park is a bit daunting. A station wagon just about fits in.

Me, my Wife and her two Uncles came to Prague for my 30th Birthday at the end of March 2022. My Wife planned the trip as a present for my big Birthday.

My Wife always finds the best places. This Hotel is no exception. It was in a perfect location, not a busy loud main street, in a quiet area but only a 10-15min walk into Old Town Square.

All the staff are fantastic. So friendly and super helpful. We always got a lovely greeting at Breakfast and every time we left or came back from our day out.

My Wife got me a Superior Room for my Birthday and it was perfect. Really big. Very comfortable bed. TV you can sign in to YouTube on. Mini-fridge and coffee machine. Slippers and robe. Bath.

Very modern design, well lit and all-around a great Hotel. Breakfast was lovely every morning and offered everything you could want; Cold Meats and Cheeses, Salad, Ceral and a variety of cooked ingredients.

The hotel is very clean, the rooms are nice, and the staff are polite, friendly and helpful. The room was good quality for bedding, bathroom and atmosphere. Breakfast is included, and is extremely good. The location is at the outer edges of Old Town, which is fine because it still feels safe and is a clean area. (There’s a closed up and run down building across the street, if that matters to you). Their advertising imagery is true to what they have, but of course they’re emphasizing the premium rooms. I would stay there again.

Location - a little out of town but in a quiet area only 10-15 mins walk to the town.
Rooms cleaned daily and spacious with mini bar/fridge. Quiet rooms with a great shower and a hair dryer.
Excellent breakfast with something for everyone. Cereal, bread, cheese, meats, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms etc.
Staff really friendly and helpful. They can arrange transfers to and from the airport and will store luggage for free on arrival and departure days.
Overall it was a great base for our weekend city break. 😊

The hotel is situated away from the busier streets and tourist traps, but still very close to restaurants, bars and other things. The rooms were very nice, clean with a nice bathroom. Hotel staff were very sweet and accommodating! We were able to park our car just outside on the street and the hotel staff helped us pay the city tax and fee for parking, the street was very quiet and nice! Breakfast was super! They offered sausages, bacon, freshly scrambled eggs and pancakes if you asked for it. Would definitely stay here again if I ever visit Prague again!

We checked in here Sunday evening for 2 nights. We got a Bolt from the airport which was £15 and checked in easy. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed including a mini fridge, safe and sufficient wardrobe space. The hotel was spotless as was our room. We didn't realise we had breakfast included but we popped in each morning and the selection was great and looked very fresh. We just had some pancakes and pastries before leaving for the day. The hotel is in a great location with so much around within walking distance. Would definitely use again and recommend. Perfect base for a city break

Are there complimentary toiletries in the hotel rooms?
Answer from Nicole D
Prague, Czech Republic
Dear Sir, thank you for choosing Hotel Clement Prague for your stay in Prague. As for your question, there is a direct connection by tram to the hotel. Please, take the tram number 26 (DIVOKA SARKA direction). It is the third tram stop called DLOUHA TRIDA. The ticket can be bought at the vending machine at the railway station and must be stamped once you enter the tram. Otherwise, we can arrange a taxi directly to the Hotel Clement Prague. In case you have any other questions or request, we are happy to answer them. Kind regards, on behalf of the Hotel Clement Prague team Nicole

Dear Kim, if you like to use public trasportation to get from airport to our hotel, you can use an easy way - take bus no. 119 to Veleslavin and then change for tram no. 26, that takes you to stop Dlouhá Třída. Walkin from tram stop to our hotel takes about 3 minutes. Alternatively, we are glad to offer our hotel transportation service by our hotel car. It costs 30 EUR per car per way (max 3 pers.) and it can be charged to your hotel bill (you do not need any cash). Our driver waits in the arrival hall with a sign, takes you directly to the hotel. We guarantee top service and quality car. To reserve this service, please contact our hotel front desk. You can find contact email on our hotel website. We are looking forward to welcoming you to Prague. Tereza
