Decent enough hotel in the centre of Prague. Room was clean and large - a double bed plus plenty of floor space left. Good bathroom. Breakfast served in a small restaurant area. Usual hotel breakfast buffet. Very centrally located so easy to come back to during the day for a break from the town. Near the metro and easy to get around on public transport too. We booked here on the day after a terrible experience at a dodgy hotel down the road, so were glad for a friendly welcome and honest hotel.

We’re not picky. When you aim to save money but still want a great location, you will probably need to sacrifice the perfect hotel experience. We expected an economical, so-so hotel room in the heart of old town Prague. What we got was super sketchy. Dirty carpet, questionable elevator, zoned-out staff, a room that smelled like sewage and a non-working air conditioner. The whole building may have lacked an AC. You had to really work the elevator button to get it to acknowledge you and it was painfully slow. We asked for a different room and the attendant seemed unsure of what to do. We were given a downgraded room (no refund of the difference) that still didn’t have a working AC but at least it didn’t smell like a dirty porta potty. We were thrilled to leave. The rooms were large and the breakfast wasn’t bad but you have to wonder about the food safety controls.

Room Tip: Karlovy Lazne is the club to go to. It’s a younger crowd and can get busy but it has decent music.

I can’t rate this hotel more than I have, central location, staff, cleanliness, amenities and the rooms are just great... Self-service breakfast between 0800h-1100h is varied, substantial and great value. Would highly recommend this property!

Couldn’t fault the hotel. Rooms were big, clean and spacious. We had a view onto the Main Street which could get noisy if the window was open but one they were closed for the night we heard nothing. As soon as you were away for breakfast (which had a really good selection) the maid was straight in and cleaning the room. Smart tv in the room was great as we didn’t stay out too late after exploring the city all day. Heating in the room, I have never been in such a cosy hotel, packed the fluffy pyjamas and they were not needed. This hotel was all about location would definitely would recommend.
