Booked my stay using TripAdvisor's GetARoom service - easy to use. The hotel contacted me shortly before my stay to offer their airport transfer service. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The front desk staff spoke English well and were helpful and friendly with my questions. As the hotel is in Prague5, to go to the major tourist attractions, you'd...

Clean and comfortable room, staff friendly, breakfast very nice. We were due to have a bottle of wine in room on arrival, and late check out but we had to remind/ask for both of these else neither would have been offered. Also a complimentary bottle of water in the room and a biscuit or wafer with the tea/coffee facilities would...

Stayed here for three nights to visit Christmas markets, well situated, five minutes walk to tram and some bars and restaurants, staff were very pleasant and helpful and as they didn't have the free wine on arrival we were offered free drinks instead. The room was not overly big but had everything you needed, well stocked mini bar, good array of...

Stayed in room 309 for three night at the beginning of December it was clean warm and comfortable and despite being at the front of the hotel did not have undue noise. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful . Breakfast was plentiful and well presented. The hotel is approx 20 mins from Prague centre and largely...

We used this hotel as part of a package deal that we saw on the internet. The bedroom was excellent and the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. There is no main restaurant but the breakfast room was fine and the choices on display were varied and of a good quality. Our only small gripe was there were only...

The staff, bedroom and location were good, but we really didn't like the breakfast room which was small with plastic furniture and hard décor which makes it very noisy like a school diner. Also the layout of the toast machine being right before the hot food buffet meant very slow queuing to serve yourself. We were disappointed there were no...

Stayed here with my boyfriend 20th-23rd December. Very pleased with the room. Very nicely decorated, cosy and comfortable with a fantastic bathroom. Staff also very helpful. Location may turn some off but we really enjoyed the 15/20 minute wander into the historic centre each day. Felt like a proper escape! Only thing I felt was missing was that the hotel...

Fantastic hotel ! Great hotel with great staff Set in a more residential area next to Petrin Park with in easy reach of all sites If there were a complaint it would be the rooms facing the front towards the park may be subject to traffic noise, certainly the second floor suffered from this during our stay The group also has...

We stopped here from the 11th - 14th December this month and absolutely loved this hotel. It's in a great location with about a 30 minute walk to the old town square. The walk is lovely but you can also get the tram which is easily accessible. The hotel receptionists were fantastic, they always said hello and wished you a...
