We stayed here for a midweek break and the hotel is so beautiful!!! The staff were lovely and breakfast was delicious! I would definitely return back to this hotel! There was a pub across the road as well which was lovely and friendly and the hotel is perfectly situated.
We stayed here for three nights in November and loved it. Hotel was absolutely brilliant, rooms were very modern and clean and have everything you need! Reception staff were lovely and welcoming. Breakfast was basic but tasty. Location is brilliant, down a very quiet street and only a couple of minutes walk into the centre, right next to a big shopping centre which has a supermarket in it which is open late, which was very handy. For the price we paid, the hotel is amazing value for money, would recommend anyone to stay here.
Came here for a nice week long getaway with my partner, on arrival it looked very nice. On the way to the hotel the taxi (owned by the hotel) driver spent all the time on his phone texting and making calls, I was worried we may crash and didn't help with the bags or even offer to help, just walked off a good 15meters ahead of us and didn't look back to make sure we were ok, all the whilst on a phone call, even when he met us off the plane he was standing there on a call. The staff at the hotel were quite blunt and just told us where our room was and breakfast time. Got to the room and there were hairs on the bed which we noticed before we even touched anything. We paid for a superior room online via the booking but we were given a standard room. It was booked as 'for a couple' the room they gave us had 2 single beds. Breakfast was awful, had no taste and the staff try to clear your plate before you've even finished even with no one else in the restaurant. We were supposed to leave 12November but decided to leave on 10th despite this, couldn't give us any money back for the extra nights. Then as we left charged us a city tax, which we were told was included in the price. Not only that, they charged us the tax for the days we weren't even going to be in the country. Having checked online multiple times we were 100% certain it states "includes all taxes and charges". Then when we were trying to sort it the person on the counter walked off to serve someone else instead of dealing with the issue. All we got was an "oh sorry". They did nothing to actually apologies, previously if I've had an issue they have compensated or given some kind of offer to make up for it, Im not looking for compensation but some kind of understanding would have been nice. The only + was it was close to main attractions so wasn't too far to walk. Prague is a lovely city, but this hotel isn't worth your money. Look for alternatives. Not worth the hassle. There are plenty of other hotels for similar prices in decent locations. Pros: close to historic city Cons: everything above…
Nice location 10 min walk to old town and charles Bridge. Metro/tram 10 min walk. Old hotel located in pedestrian only area. Restaurant was not open, restaurants are nearby with short walk. Staff friendly and helpful. Next to a large mall with food court. European style hotel room was small but adequate, amenities were available.
It was quite nice. You get exactly what you pay for, nothing memorable, but it was nice. Breakfast was good, reception was ok a WiFi was slower at some moments but it was ok for YouTube and Facebook..
