You get the bus to the metro station then metro to Florenc station which is directly across the road from th hotel, check out instructions below -
For the equivalent of £1 each we were at the hotel in around 40 minutes. We caught the 100 bus to Zlicin, then the metro to Florenc - easy peasy! It's easy to buy tickets, just make sure you validate your ticket at the start of your journey - there are loads of YouTube videos showing how to do this.
