Conveniently located hotel, next to river and underneath the castle. Hotel has much charm that is not being realized. My observations: 1. Somewhat unkept, particularly in bar area 2. A few missing minor details such as very squeaky doors needing just a few drops of oil; no light on in reception area and front entrance late in the evening. Had...

We stayed with our two kids in Hotel Barbora, had one room with a double and two single beds. The room was spacious enough for us, clean and comfortable. The view was good. The bathroom might be a little better I think. The location of the Hotel was very nice, in the center, near the canal. They have a restaurant...

Nice place to stay, excellent location, quite friendly stuff but disappointing breakfasts. Located close to the river, the terrace with a restaurant has really nice views. The room looked like on the pictures, the but the bathroom wasn't that nice, a bit old and without a bath, otherwise the room was clean and pleasant to stay .

If possible, it is a good idea to spend the night within Cesky Krumlov to see the town at times less crowded with tourists. (Possibly winter might be a solution?) The Barbora is a good place to stay. A central, quaint, rambling hotel with large rooms, good views from the terrace - over the river and to the castle -...

Located in the center of the old town. The hotel is in an old building, carefully renovated to preserve the authentic medieval atmosphere. Our room was on the top floor and it was beautiful – very spacious, nicely furnished, airy and clean. Strong WiFi. Reception staff pleasant, helpful, and very efficient. Good buffet breakfast, not a huge selection, but plentiful.

This pension was a perfect place to stay during our quick Cesky Krumlov get away. We arrived a little early but the clerk at the desk was more than happy to look after our bags until our room was ready. The room was clean and fresh, not too big, but it had all the basic things you might need as...

We stayed in Hotel Barbora for 3 nights. The hotel is right under the castle and there are rooms with its view. We stayed in the main building (built in the 16th century, I believe) on the first floor. The room was clean, with a large tub in the bathroom. The free wi-fi worked OK all the time. Breakfast was...

It's a small hotel approx 5 mins walk to the CKrumlov main square. Parking is about 200mts away form the hotel as no cars are allowed in the centrum. The closest parking is P1. So park there and haul your bags over cobble stone streets to the hotel a bit of an inconvenience. Rooms are clean and adequately sized for...

We had a group and our stay was underwhelming. Cesky Krumlov is a quaint old city that deserves a better experience than we had. Our group was traveling in a small coach which could not go into the city, so we had to wheel my mother's wheelchair over 20 minutes of cobblestones and the bags had to be transferred to...

We stayed in a beautiful, clean and cozy room for two and were very pleased. The service was fantastic! Very friendly staff, they even saved our breakfast (we came down an hour after breakfast had officially stopped being served). The location is fantastic, right in the centre very near to the historical square and the chateau. Definitely recommend!
