A great place to stay in Senggigi. Beautifully appointed villa, lovely swimming pool, spotlessly clean surroundings, great sea views and sunsets over Mount Agung and most of all, the friendliest staff you would ever meet anywhere. The people on the desk arranged taxis, shuttles and a days transport around the area, all very smooth and easy. Transport is easy to arrange, taxis are cheap on Lombok, so not really a problem. Accommodation is very good value, given the quality of everything. Lovely comfortable firm bed with a mosquito net!
Food was more expensive than average warung prices, but this is a resort a little remote from other places to eat at and you are paying for the experience. That being said, the food was actually really good, and I say that as someone who has been coming regularly to various parts of Indonesia for 40 years. No children under 15 means that you can have a relaxing time around the pool in a kid free environment, quite nice for a change.
Only drawback of Senggigi as a town is that it is very spread out, with limited transport options, if you don't have a motorbike you are dependent on using Gojek or taxis. A great place to stop over for a few nights and a look around Senggigi and Mataram on the way back from the Gilis. I will be back for a few days when passing through next year....

We stayed in May 2024 for (unfortunately only) 4 nights at Jeeva Santai. We were picked up at Bangsal port by a driver booked through the hotel. At the hotel we were welcomed and surprised with a welcome drink to the room.
Hotel/ rooms
We had the Jambu room with direct views of the sea and pool. The room was great for us - big, clean and nicely decorated.
The housekeeping was great, as were the rest of the staff. Every evening, while we were at dinner, the mosquito net was opened over our bed - little things that have always pleased us very much and make the hotel exceptional. Also the pool overlooking the sea was great and there were ample sunbeds.
Personnel
What was absolutely outstanding was the entire staff! Really without exception all were exceptionally friendly, very accommodating and super attentive. At breakfast our daily schedules were inquired about, tips for excursions were passed on and the next morning again interested in it.
Special thanks go to Sekar, Liana, Habib and Ran. You made our visit perfect.

There are smaller maintenances in the immediate vicinity and in about 15 minutes the Coco Beach Restaurant (Recommendation) is within walking distance. In general, a scooter is an advantage if you want to see something. We easily rented a scooter through the hotel and explored the island.

A quick stay at Jeeva Santai .. what was supposed to be 6 nights I quickly realised I didn’t want to stay in busy Senggiggi so moved to Selong south of Lombok, which is a hectic 2 hours drive but is a more serene beach area, surrounded by jungle. Some geographical information, the hotel is approx 1.20 hours from the airport. Senggiggi is not picture postcard like the Insta pics!! It’s dirty, busy, with black sand bays. The staff at Jeeva were warm & welcoming, the hotel location is on the main road, you’ll hear busy traffic constantly. The hotel is set on beautiful gardens overlooking the rocky tidal bay not fit for swimming & has no beach access the hotel facilities are limited, however the hotel offers free shuttle to its sister hotel whereby you can share their facilities at Jeeva Klui. The breakfast was very limited & served from a menu, no buffet, it should be noted they don’t cater for vegans, no diary options, which I found difficult however the chef was open to creating tailor made meals for me when I asked. The pool villa is beautiful, spacious and more than comfortable set in a small private surrounding garden villa space.
The Hotel is made up of 14 villas not a big choice, and cater for adults not children. This hotel would be perfect for a short stay! Thank you Ari for assisting with my booking!

The hotel is almost perfect in every aspect. I booked the pool villa, and the experience was amazinggg. Everything from the porch and bedroom to the living area and both the indoor and outdoor bathrooms was beautifully designed :) It’s an ideal getaway for couples looking to spend quality time together and a perfect escape for someone who needs a quiet time.

It is easy to get around by scooter from its location.
The hotel is actually not directly on a beach where you can swim directly, but it is not really disturbing. You just have to go down a staircase and take a few steps to find yourself on a beautiful beach.
In addition, it allows you to observe two beautiful turtles in the morning during breakfast.
The swimming pool is pretty and very lightly occupied.
Our room was very nice and quite large.
The restaurant is a little expensive for Lombok but it is very good. We have eaten there several times.

My husband and i had a very great honeymoon experience at this hidden gem of Lombok. We spent 4D3N, 1 days at jeeva beloam and 3 days at jeeva santai. Both of them are really nice to get relaxing place. At beloam we can get the really really amazing beach from the front of our ethnic room. Its room 10, and it is the best room to see whole of the beach view. Like having all over corner of jeeva beloam, its very quiet, calming and private. Every time we can hear the sound of waves so clearly. Really suitable for honeymoon. The room was unique, it's like a hut with the stair. We can get the new experience of taking shower while seeing the forest and hearing the birdsong. The room served 2 lombok theme pijamas that look so cool. And i so amazed with a gallon of water that served in the room, never find like this at any hotels. All of the services are excellent too. We served nicely, our every need was met all. The staffs was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately we cant dinner at dinner area because at the time was heavy raining, but the staffs still serve our dinner at our room. The second day, we went to Santai. Its about 3hours to arrive. We got the room named Balu, it has a private small pool of the room, so glad to having this cause we stayed in the pool for a long time we wanted. It also have an outdoor bathtub and shower, so exciting for this too. Love it. The room was clean and tidy. They served 4 big towels and 2 small towels for us in the bathroom, and also complete stuffs bathroom like a bottle of body wash, a bottle of shampoo, 2 set of toothpaste and brushteeth, shower cap and cottonbud and hand wash, etc. The beach itself is quiet and nice too. On the third day we wanted to go out to somewhere and jeeva served a car and good tour guide. Very recommended tour guide, we can ask everything about Lombok, he described nicely. Food of the both jeeva is so yummy, we like them all especially for Kare Ayam. We had a romantic dinner at the side of the beach as an unforgettable moment for us. Thank you jeeva for all the nice services. We would definitely return on the next chance.

A wonderful boutique property situated immediately on the beach in the Senggigi area of Lombok, with beautifully appointed and comfortable villas. Lots of privacy too, which makes it the perfect place for couples to wind down and relax.
The real gems here however are the staff - I cannot state enough how warm, attentive and professional they were throughout our stay. They each went above and beyond to make sure that our every need was catered for, including teaching us the secret to making a great "Ayam Taliwang", arranging freshly caught Snapper from a local fisherman for a special dinner, and even finding a beautiful bouquet of flowers at the last minute for our Valentine's Eve. Enjoyed the food, it was delicious and the cocktails were refreshing after a day out to sit by the sea and enjoy a cocktail while watching the sunset. The ocean is very clear. Relaxing by the pool and look at the ocean.
Bed and pillows very comfy. The room well equipped with whats needed and clean. Shower was nice.

Jeeva santai have been poorly maintained, and it's a shadow of its former glory, which is very sad.
I used to stay here in 2018, and it just simply marvelous. Evening tea, well maintained sofa beds, swimming pool without algae and breakfast made to order just perfect.
However, due to heavy heart, we just have to leave as soon as we arrive in this hotel. Due to cleanliness, use tissue to go thru tables, and u will get all black dust, it shows the room have not been clean for sometime.
Dirty pool full of algaes, shows that it hasn't been clean for ages. Not surprised by having 3 different GM in a year alone, that should say something about the poor management
Our decision to leave, was because we didn't want to stain our previous perfect experience and ruin the rest of our holidays.
Thank you for Mr. Gustu for the service recovery, and I sincerely hope it will be back to its former glory, with so many new hotel opening up, they need to step up the game

Is there any airport transportation facility from this hotel? And how much it cost for one way trip?
Hi Arumi, yes they do offer airport transfers you will obviously just need to arrange it with them. From memory it is about 280k each way
They let me order eggs on toast and nasi goreng from the a la carte menu, no issues ordering two dishes.
We had a package which they transferred us for free to the other Jeeva Klui accommodation approx. 5 minutes away where there was a Bar/restaurant - other tourist accommodation/resorts close by or short taxi trip to others.
There is dive centre at sengigi if I am not wrong!
