2 night stay Friday/Saturday. Great B&B. Very homely. Comfortable. Great breakfast in a lovely big bright room. Very welcoming and accommodating host in Katherine. Very quiet and peacefull. Had dinner at the Red Lion, Caston (need car) Friday and the Chequers (25min walk) on Saturday. Wise to book both and a taxi. Would recommend both. Impossible to fault this B&B....

Spent a fabulous one night stay with my mom. Stunning setting. Katherine was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Property was built in 1347 and originally set up as a college for priests. Pros: complimentary homemade cake and hot tea on arrival. Comfortable bed. Good sleep. Powerful shower. Great breakfast (request to sit outside was no problem). Nice pub close by for...

One of my best friends just got married here and despite abysmal weather, the day couldn't have been more perfect. Set back into the overgrown outskirts of Thetford forest, the ceremony took place in an emerald coloured enchanting setting. With plenty of trees for natural shelter from the rain and hay bales for people to sit on, the wedding was...

Thank you for your fabulous review. I'm glad you enjoyed the wedding - it was amazing, wasn't it? I was worried that the weather was going to spoil the day but everything worked out so well, especially the woodland area where Ed & Taryn got married. It really was a magical woodland setting and Taryn is so clever to have...

Let me start by saying that as a B&B... we stayed here twice, once in May and again in July - College Farm is LOVELY. Quiet, comfortable and Katharine is a friendly and warm host… 4/5. However, we also got married at College Farm - and unfortunately there were some oversights and errors that ranged from the mildly irritating to...

My husband and I were married here in August and we could not have asked for a better place. Katharine, the owner, is one of the most helpful people I have ever met and immediately made us feel welcome. The setting itself is stunning. Gorgeous Norfolk countryside at its best. Thompson is a lovely place and has a gem of...

Thank you very, very much for your review. Despite the couple of dramas beforehand, I thought it was the most lovely wedding and I'm so glad you chose to get married at College Farm. It was a very special day and I feel lucky to have been part of it. I wish you every happiness for your life together as...

College Farm b&b was nestled in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The sheep, alpacas and rooster made for great neighbouring guests to the main house and ensured college farm lived up to its name. Katherine was welcoming and the stewed rhubarb (homemade I gather) was a delight at breakfast! The full English was lovely as was the locally sourced sausage...

We had the pleasure of attending College Farm on the 13th Aug 2016, for our sons wedding, we practically took over the house which is a B& B as well, we had the use of one of the fields for Camping and parking, we had the joy of the Alpacas, which was amazing for the children to learn about and...

Thank you so much for your wonderful review. Despite the unexpected emergencies it was such a happy weekend and a really lovely wedding. I don't know who shone more - the bride & groom or the sun?! I wish them every happiness for their future together as a new family and hope you will all come back to visit College...

A review will never do Katherine and her wonderful College Farm justice, but I'll give it a go. We had the privilege of having our wedding here in May, and it was just so perfect. When we and our family talk about our wedding, Katherine is very much included in the "our". Over the months of planning she became a...

Dear Samannah, Thank you for your amazing review. I feel I should be reviewing you as it was such a lovely, happy, perfect wedding and the icing on the cake (literally) was the alpaca cake toppers on your wedding cake. I wish you could get married here all over again! x

My friend and I stayed here for one night whilst walking Peddar's Way and the Norfolk Coast Path. We were warmly greeted by Katherine, the owner, and shown to our room which had lovely views of the garden and Nigel, the chicken! The bedroom was characterful as is the whole house. The bathroom was lovely with a fabulous shower to...

The setting is absolutely beautiful, the alpacas including 'Brian' very indeed very cute, however I was very disappointed with my experience as mother of the bride, with my stay at College Farm. I did not feel it lived up to the glowing reviews which have been posted. Having driven for 6 hours to the venue with my elderly parents, when...
