Myself and my daughter stayed for a friends wedding, the grounds were beautiful and our room was lovely. Unfortunately I can't rate the spa as my daughter was too young. The staff were extremely helpful and a big shout out to Chloe who assisted with the whole wedding party, nothing was too much trouble for her

Groupon offer for one night in the Manor House! Started off very nice, check-in from 14:00 and then we hit a few down sides.... - room was on the small side, bathroom was almost as big as the room, plus no fridge? Me and the GF like to buy prosecco and strawberries but they were wasted as no cold place...

The room was clean and lovely and had doors that opened out onto gardens with a little deck for use to use. The shower was amazing! I could have stayed in there all day. Only gripe was the noise from the motorway when the doors were open, not much they can do about that though! We used the gym on...

We were die to stay in the yurts but it was very rainy (which we could have coped with) but the noise from the motorway 100 meters away meant that we wouldn't have been able to sleep (though clearly other people have managed going by the reviews). The staff kindly transferred us to a room. You could still hear the...

We booked for our first wedding anniversary on a groupon deal. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. My husband had asked reception to put some roses in our room which they kindly did. The spa isn't huge or the most modern but it was still enjoyable and relaxing. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was delicious. However...

There was lots of it, lovely sandwiches, cakes and scones with plenty of clotted cream and jam. we had as much tea and coffee as we wanted, and we were able to take our time and chat, even go for a wander around the lovely grounds then come back and...

Lovely stay in the yurts, well equipped with log fire and radiator and extra blankets. Wonderful experience in the yurt. Spa was lovely although we did not have a treatment, nice and relaxing. Food was stunning!!!!! Wonderful meal and breakfast. Fab friendly attentive happy staff too Only grumbles were the cleanliness of communal spa areas, showers. The yurt could benefit...

We had an amazing time here last year so I came again with 3 members of my family. I'm not sure what's happened but it's really run down. We regularly visit spas and this was the worst one yet, which is such a shame as I recommended it. The biggest problem was the dirty hot tubs. The first one had...

Hotel was dirty, smelly and not what it is described to be. Not worth the money. Manager of the hotel non apologetic and patronising. They fail to take pictures of the rest of the hotel on the website. There was stains and dirty marks all over walls, doors and carpets. Would not come here again. A Premier Inn is so...
