It's not a ultra modern hotel with all the latest on trend design fads, but it is a very clean, well furnished and comfortable apartment with magnificent views and direct access to ferry's and buses at the front door, so is connectable to everywhere in Sydney. Staff are fantastic and you get to work up an appetite walking up the...

We stayed here for almost the entire month of April when we moved to Sydney and we're looking for an apartment. We were on the 15th floor and had the most fabulous view of Lavender Bay and Luna Park. Our apartment had all the basics, like ceiling fans, kitchen appliances, a heater for cold autumn and winter nights, hair dryer,...

I travel quite a lot - right from the start I was impressed with the warm welcome at reception from Ampay to the harbour view from the 10 floor. I grabbed my camera for the sunset and sunrise, both speculator. The shops are a short 5-minute walk, but my only tip is it might be worth bringing a snack/drink and...

We have stayed here many times over the last 30 years. It is true that the rooms are a little outdated (hence our 4 start review overall), but the views are just sensational. We had unit 82, top floor looking directly to the bridge and Opera House - it is just stunning!! We also find the ferry service directly below...

We were surprised when entering the appartment. The view is just stunning. Opera house, Harbour Bridge, all the Skyline, the harbour with hundrets od ships and boats ... in the evening we didn't need a TV just kept watching the great panoramic view.

Love this hotel. Basic rooms, but fantastic view. Rooms are large and comfortable, but quite old and basic, some have been refurbished. Love the location, walk to Blues Point Road for lots of restaurant choices, ferry is right downstairs, you can see it coming and just run down!!

I have seen some reviews which state this place is outdated, so I have attached photo's of our room...far from outdated. We have nothing bad to say about our stay, it was amazing! Staff, the room, the view, parking, location...we will for sure be staying here again! Did I mention the view? OMG!!!!

I had this place recommended, my friend was horrified when I relayed our experience. Positive-The views were outstanding-I never got bored of looking at them. Negatives- 1. Very outdated and dusty apartment. No little toiletries or any 'extras' provided which would have been nice as the nearest open shop was a bit of a walk in the dark when we...

I stayed in Harbourside as a single female traveller while I was working in Sydney in February. I got apartment 80 on the top floor (there is an elevator!) and the views were incredible. The private pool is a real highlight - swimming with a view of the harbour bridge with no one else around was great. Theres also swimming...
