For a resort nestled in the Blue Ridge Mts., the condos were poorly planned and lacked outdoor living spaces that allowed you to enjoy and be immersed in the scenery. Views from the windows were obstructed by other condos, and although we had a small...More

This is a mountain resort. We do see lots of bikers riding up the mountain road. A lot depends, also, where you are staying at the resort. If you stay in the Woodstone area it is mostly level with a slight incline.

Woodstone will have parking in front of the building and an elevator. Of course, upon check-in you will be able to request a unit with limited stairs, etc. but they are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Summit units are also great for viewing wildlife, but Woodstone not so much since it's located at a different part of the resort. As for the pools, Massanutten is a kid-friendly resort and many of the more popular pools will have children playing in them, but Regal Vistas is typically the quietest pool.
