First the good - the resort is very nice. The condos are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a washer/dryer for every two units, and a fairly complete well stocked kitchen. We didn't have much interaction with the staff, but they seemed friendly, courteous and...More
There are a lot of things to keep you entertained while staying at the resort. It does seem at times they are charging for everything and somethings are a bit pricey for a family. They maintain the rooms fairly nice and the pools are in...More

This is a mountain resort. We do see lots of bikers riding up the mountain road. A lot depends, also, where you are staying at the resort. If you stay in the Woodstone area it is mostly level with a slight incline.

Woodstone will have parking in front of the building and an elevator. Of course, upon check-in you will be able to request a unit with limited stairs, etc. but they are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Summit units are also great for viewing wildlife, but Woodstone not so much since it's located at a different part of the resort. As for the pools, Massanutten is a kid-friendly resort and many of the more popular pools will have children playing in them, but Regal Vistas is typically the quietest pool.
