We got a room in the old section of the hotel. The room was very clean but not a large one with a very simple decor. The internet didn't work at all.We complained to the staff but they could not fix it The breakfast was very basic The view and the location are the only elements that make this hotel worth to...

We came for lunch. The salon with the fireplace is a charming place for a drink, and the staff is very friendly. We had heard mixed reviews about the restaurant, but a friend encouraged us to give it a go. The food was not very good, didn't taste fresh at all (the home made croquettes did not taste home made),...

This hotel, spa and restaurant is excellent value, whether you find it by accident or design. It is an old stud farm converted into a beautifully appointed hotel with a lot of charm. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. There is a multitude of lounges, a pool, a spa and a restaurant in...

An absolutely wonderful overnight stay! Isabel and her staff are so welcoming you feel at home right away. All is spotlessly clean, the rooms comfortable and beautifully decorated, mattresses and bed linen first class. The restaurant excellent too, typical dishes from the local area well cooked and presented, using veg, fruit and nuts from their own garden. I simply cannot...

As others mentioned, the location and views are the primary attraction of this property. It looks as if it had been a hacienda that was enlarged to become a hotel. The hotel is isolated; nothing is within walking distance. We were quite pleased with our room, but apparently we got the "luck of the draw". We had a corner room...

This Cortijo has a beautiful setting & breathtaking views but that's all the positive. There is a big difference in rooms although the prices are the same. The rooms in the new building are very nice & cozy but the old rooms are small and dated. You can not book a certain room in advance, it depends on availability. The...

Nice hotel, especially as a start base for local hiking (but not in summer, far to hot). Location is really special, you've to drive 3 km up a hill in order to get there, but the view is marvellous, also from the pool. We ordered a junior suite, but obtained a standard room (without knowing it). When checking out, I...

Lovely, quiet country setting. Large clean rooms, balcony overlooking Zahara reservoir makes for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Pool is very nice as well. Dinner was ok but you can get better food for much less money in the towns nearby. If you're staying here, I would highly recommend taking a circular drive to Zahara then Grazalema and then back to...

The hotel has all the do with the scenic place near the Zahara lake. The views are superb. Our room view was astonishing, the terrace big and with a not forgettable view. The hotel is located in full country site, which means it is really very quite over there and in the middle of these precious mountain site ( Cadiz...

Our room over-looked a lake and was close to the charming towns Zahara and Grazelema. The room was clean, spatious and very comfortable. The staff are pleasant and helpful. We had the grilled fish in the restaurant and it was tasty and reasonably priced. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
