Very good for the price, simple but more 3 than 2 star. Perfecty located between bus station and city center, close to Puente Nuevo. In spite of one of the photo's no breakfast, but good and cheap cafés are almost next door. Maybe the rooms at the back, numbers 23 - 35, are noisy. I got a room at the... More

At the end of my walking trip down the Guadiaro valley with theuntravelledworld.com I needed a place to stay for one night in Ronda. The next morning I wanted to catch the 7 am bus to Malaga and so I did not want a place that included breakfast, thus ruling out my normal choice in Ronda (the nearby Colon). I... More

Stayed on a Tuesday night for just the one night. Found the hotel really easily after arriving by train. Check in went smoothly and the woman behind the desk gave us two maps and told us the best things to do and see. Went to our room which was very spacious and clean with a view over the gardens opposite... More

We booked directly with the hotel at €35.00 for room only, adding €5.00 per person for a basic breakfast. Very efficient on email and confirmation of booking. The hotel was very clean indeed - in fact, immaculate. It might be worth noting there is no lift. The only negative was our rear facing room suffered from a 5am bottle bank... More

The price I saw made me think this hotel might not be good, so we stayed down the street at twice the price. Then I checked it out and it's nice, and a great value. Renovated rooms, clean, A/C, good wifi. Get a room facing the back for more quiet. It's located right across the street from a fantastic park... More

Stayed here for a night as we passed through ronda, service and check-in friendly and fast and room very clean - seemed recently refurbished too! Only criticism was little/no light in our bathroom which was a little strange and also quite thin doors/ walls meant noise from outside and the hotel landing was quite loud at times. For the price... We live the location of this hotel. Close to everything, easy to find. The room was pretty basic, but clean, very quiet, very courteous staff. We arrived at noon and they got us right into our room which is nice. We'd definitely recommend it as a good place to stay if you're not looking for fancy frills. AC and wifi... More

For its location this is a veryngood hotel and very well priced. Very good room, great air-conditioning, good shower, spotlessly ,clean, good wifi (no dropouts), helpful lady in reception. Note that the hotel does not offer breakfast, and access to a lift (I note that another reviewer says there is one) was not offered to us. Although the hotel is... More

Pleasant, helpful staff. The desk clerk was very informative in directing us to sights to see in Ronda as well as those in nearby towns. Very clean room with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, desk, armchair, TV, a/c. Great location. Right across from a beautiful park that is bordered by a dropoff that provides terrific views of landscape below; beautiful church... More

Hotel Royal was on the main street of Ronda near everything. Parking was nearby. Friendly service. Wifi was weak. Rooms were spotless. Price was excellent for the central location and cleanliness of the rooms.
