Small hotel recently renovated, very friendly staff, great location, smack in the center of Ronda. Took care of our bikes. Room small but adequate and clean. Clearly visitors to Ronda don't spend much time in their rooms anyway. Great value for money.

Located near shopping, restaurants, the bridge and old town, and the bull fighting ring. Well equipped and modern rooms, very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is available and has hot and cold food. I would stay here again.

We recently stayed 2 nights at this charming hotel in Ronda , Spain. The El Tajo has recently been refurbished and while not a 5 star property it is a very comfortable and well appointed hotel close to all the attractions that Ronda has to offer. It is an easy minute walk to the bullring and a couple more minutes...

We stayed for 2 nights at the El Tajo hotel in the " new" city of Ronda. We drove in from Seville, parked in front and unloaded our luggage. Luckily, we were driving a small car and they had a space available in their garage. This is a perfect spot for exploring both the new and old city. Hotel has...

Reception was helpful on arrival with maps and pointing out places of interest. The hotel is situated about half way between the rail/bus stations and the Puente Nuevo. The map supplied on the hotel reservation print out was not much good so print your own map off before you get there so you can find your way from the station....

We just took a chance on this hotel, modern and situated just by the main pedestrian road of Ronda. It is a fairly simple hotel, no restaurant, but it was very modern, very clean, very quiet and we slept like angels - not as obvious as you might think. There is a small bar but the hotel is clearly aimed...

It's just off the high street (calle Espinel, or Calle La Bola, as locals say), with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants around and at walking distance (5-10 minutes) from the main tourist attractions. Friendly and efficient staff (unfortunately, not all of them speaking good English). The rooms are relatively small, but they are comfortable and recently refurbished (at the...

A so so place. I do not agree with Rick Steve's on this place OR this town. Hotel had small rooms. Bad smell upon entering room. Single beds. Front reception staff NOT friendly most of the time. Couldn't be bothered to even look up when we walked by. Okay at checkout. This is a low end working town. We only...

The location is perfect for exploring the beautiful city of Ronda. The staff were amazing and very helpful .. Especially the gentleman who helped us park our car in the hotel garage . The breakfast was great and our room was beyond our expectations . I would definitely love to return

Stayed at this hotel last weekend and it was almost excellent- do not let other reviews put you off. It has just been refurbished a couple of weeks ago and the hotel itself is very modern and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. The only downfall and the reason for not giving it an excellent review was the bathroom,...
