This place has a lovely feel to it. From the tuk tuk journey from the ferry I loved ko lanta. Check in was good... Remember it's cash only. The room is bright and spacious. Comfortable bed. Good shower and a fantastic hammock on the front. The walk to the beach is 5 mins ,we timed it. I cannot fault the apartments at all. But a few tips.... Bring or buy mossie room spray (the minimarkets sell it). Toiletries are basic we used it to wash dishes. No pool but we knew that when booking but we only paid £110 for 4 nights. Good few cheap eats on the road outside but we ate and thoroughly recommend the Tamarind cafe on site opposite the rooms. Food great and girls serving are lovely.
Oh and there's a little tabby cat that loves a stroke and a saucer of water.

This is the place to stay, brand new hotel, super clean, the owner is the most helpful person I’ve ever meet, I got into a bike accident and he came over to the clinic and help me as I didn’t speak Thai. Close to the beach and Main Street. Huge tv with Netflix’s on so when it rains you can stay in and watch your favorite shows. This wonderful place gets 6 stars all the way.

To sum it up with a few words, it's just a fantastic place to stay. Everything is super clean, beyond what you would expect. On top of that everything is brand new, you can see it with all of the equipment in the room. It really does live up to the standards of what you would expect in a western country.
The manager, Liam, is really a stand up guy. Great sense of humor and really helpful. I've enjoyed quite a couple of conversations with him about just about anything. He's really gone above and beyond to make sure you enjoyed your stay as much as possible. Without hesitating he borrowed me his scooter to go out and see the island, he even proposed to let us enjoy a meal made by his family, just did about everything to make you feel at home.
If you're looking for a nice, quiet and clean place to stay, this would definetely be a place I would recommend. It's close to the beach and close to some wonderful restaurants.

Beautiful quite new hotel. Spacious, very clean rooms with a gigantic TV. Super nice and helpful staff. If you have any questions they'll try anything in their power to help you out. Also there is a good laudry service which only takes a few hours. It's located about 2 walking minutes from Long Beach and the ocean, Mini Markets and Restaurants are also within a few walking minutes. We absolutely recommend staying here as is it a really nice hotel for a bargain.

We stayed at Lanta Amara Resort from 1/30 to 2/12 and enjoyed a pleasant stay. It's a new and clean hotel and all facilities are modernized including smart TV, ice cold AC, safety box, refridge, spacey bathroom and a balcony, etc. It's located around 15 minutes motorcycle ride from Sala Dan center, 5 minutes motorcycle ride to the beach. In its neighborhood there are restaurants and pharmacies around. The owner of the resort is very friendly and helpful. We appreciate his help on the transportation, thank you Liam (Jaralporn).

I was 4 weeks in this resort, and i have to say, its the best one i found in kho lanta. The manger, is very nice person and make all the efforts to make you feel comfortable. The place is very clean and have a nice atmosphere. The price you pay for what you get is reasonable in my opinion.

Me and my bf is staying here a couple of nights. Eventhough the location isn’t the best and there is no swimmingpool or restaurant, the rooms are new, nicely decorated, spacious and clean. This place offers good value for the money!

Brandnew, clean and comfortable rooms at reasonable prices. Leem and his crew are great hosts, very helpful. Five minutes walk down to the beach, where rooms cost much more. Also five minutes walk to the Kohub, a great coworking space.

If you're looking for a good quiet and affordable place to stay during your stay in koh lanta this is the place to be. It's very recently made, everything works perfectly fine and the owner is super helpful. It's easy access to the beach - only 5 minutes walk!
