Nestled in the heart of Adelaide, Majestic M Suites garners acclaim for its stellar location amidst the city's bustling dining and entertainment scene. The staff's friendliness and diligent service contribute to the hotel's modern and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the rooms are celebrated for their spaciousness and contemporary furnishings, guests have called out issues with air conditioning and cleanliness. Pros-
Incredible fast wi-fi
Luxurious suites with amenities provided.
Nice location close to shops and the central district
Extremely helpful and friendly housekeeping and front of house team
Little touches provided- like detergent for the washing machine and dishwasher powder

Cons
Building work next door was happening when I was staying. This meant there was loud drilling and knocking from directly outside my bedroom window quite frequently. This may well have finished soon, but this wasn’t mentioned by the check in staff or on the website, and should probably have been.

The location is under the flight path for the local airport, so you quite regularly get planes coming in to land, and the resulting noise. There is obviously nothing that can be done about this, but making this clear on the website/booking.com page would be nice.

No doorbells on the rooms, so the housekeeping team had to knock or shout from outside the door. This means that if you’ve got headphones on (which you may well do, if you want to not hear planes or building work outside), you don’t always hear them.

Cups are quite small, so making a properly sized tea or coffee is impossible. Also, the only glasses provided are champagne glasses, which means you can’t have a cup of water etc. It would be nice if the hotel could provide one or two regular mugs and glasses, as you don’t need 10+ champagne glasses in a suite.

Power turns off when you exit the room, which means that you can’t leave a device charging while you’re out and about. This is a bit strange, as it doesn’t affect overall power use, as you will still use power when you come back to the room to charge your device. Maybe this is a safety feature, but is nevertheless very strange.

First time staying here. Check in went smoothly and we were told we had been upgraded to the 2nd floor. The duty manager said we would have a shared balcony but that no one was booked into the neighbouring room. Our room was huge. The living room adjoined the full kitchen (microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, stovetop, dishwasher). There’s a Nespresso machine with 4 coffee pods (the coffee was so-so). The bedroom had a king bed that was deceptively soft. The bathroom was huge and had separate bath, shower and toilet. The room was comfortable but too warm and stuffy. The air conditioning was on but did not seem to be effective as during the night both of us were hot then cold. The balcony was ok but there was no view because of a high barrier. For the smokers out there, you can’t smoke on the balcony so you have to go out the front of the hotel. Only 2 negatives: ineffective a/c and you couldn’t access the bathroom directly from the bedroom. The positives: really nice pillows, spotlessly clean. Other than that everything was fine. Oh, the property charges your credit card $50.00 for “incidentals” when you check in.Three days after check out and still yet to receive the $50.00 back.

This time four of us shared an extremely comfortable two-bedroom apartment and it is accommodation that all four of us would not hesitate to recommend!
We wondered if, now that it’s over a year old, there might be a bit of the inevitable wear and tear but they are doing very well with the upkeep! It feels brand new but, as so many others write, a pool (given HOT old Adelaide!!) is the noticeable omission. It’d be great if they could extend and include one.
The kitchen had a great supply of wine and champagne glasses (all too rare in serviced apartments), the bathrooms are spotless and beautiful, and floor to ceiling windows open to such a fantastic view of Adelaide. We spent every second we could on the balcony although, oddly there were only two chairs out there for a room that sleeps four!
Other than the fact that the mini bar wines are still extortionately priced (guess we have to get over it but I thought they might have toned that down a bit!), the only niggle was the provision of only a very small quantity of coffee pods to supply four guests. Seriously. I don’t understand why all hotels aren’t just a little more generous on this just to avoid attracting these silly complaints!
Once you get tired of the view from the balcony, take our advice and lay out a picnic rug in Wellington Square to enjoy breakfast, lunch or drinks/nibbles during your stay! It’s a beautiful spot!

Dear LisaMDL, Thank you for taking your time to share a review following your most recent stay at Majestic M Suites. I was delighted to read that yourself and your friends enjoyed your stay with us. As our Housekeeping and Maintenance teams have worked really hard to maintain the hotel conditions, they will be thrilled receiving your positive comments Thank you for your feedbacks on certain areas that we can improve. Regarding our amenities and facilities, additional items such as coffee pods or coffee chairs (subject to availability) can be requested via our friendly 24/7 reception desk. I will certainly provide your feedback of the pool to higher management. Although we have a demand for a swimming pool and it would be fantastic to have our own, due to a few factors such as land area, council approval and close proximity to the Adelaide Aquatic Centre, we currently don't have a plan to establish a pool at Majestic M Suites. Perhaps in the far future, if we decide to expand our hotel portfolio once again, senior management will take into consideration of our guests' valuable suggestion. On behalf of our team at Majestic M Suites, I thank you for your support, and I look forward to welcoming you back with us in a near future! Kind regards, Ethan Duty Manager

This building is beautiful with fantastic communal spaces on each floor and impressive decorating of the hallways with art and custom furniture pieces. We booked a two bedroom apartment for a family of four.
We all enjoyed the comfortable beds and the rain showers in the bathrooms.
However, we felt very letdown by the open plan lounge/dining/kitchen as they have clearly cut corners here with cheap uncomfortable furniture and lighting.
It is unfathomable to have great thoughtful professional lighting in the bedrooms and bathrooms and then only have two cylindrical downlights which are directionally pointed so that three quarters of the open living space has no light at night! I could not sit in the lounge and read a mag at 7pm. Only one person closest to the kitchenette could see what they were eating for dinner! It was a conversation killer for us to all sit having dinner in the dark. My suggestion is that someone introduces lamps as soon as possible.
Next, the two person sofa was very cheap and clearly meant for lying on, rather than sitting on as sitting upright meant you had a perpendicular sitting position with the sofa back sticking into your lower back. This meant that with only 2 sitting chairs, a sofa meant for one lying down and extremely uncomfortable dining chairs, a family of four couldn't sit comfortably together in the lounge and chat or watch TV together.
Next, the most frequently opened cupboard in the kitchen would be the one with the rubbish bin in it. The first time we opened it, the whole door came away in our hands! Clearly, someone had just propped it into place - as housekeeping will have emptied the bin as the last act before our stay, presumably they did it. The door spent our stay propped up against the wall.
Furthermore, when you provide a kitchen, sometimes people are going to want to cook! And sometimes, people may want to wash some dishes, like a frying pan. However, they can't do that if there is no dishcloth, scourer, dustbrush or handwashing detergent.
In addition, 4 coffee pods for a family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a two bedroom apartment was very disappointing.
Lastly, being able to have a sundowner or a morning coffee on the balcony enjoying the view would be far more enjoyable with at least some chairs (comfortable ones!) out there.
However, if we wanted beautiful views, luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms and were going out to a wedding or something so weren't going to spend time hanging out together in the apartment then we would happily stay again.

I really like this accommodation, I feel that North Adelaide has much to offer visitors with great restaurants and so much entertainment within walking distance. The accommodation is high-quality, the rooms are beautifully quiet and the bathroom rates a special mention being large and beautifully appointed. It has a sliding window between the bathroom and the bedroom which is novel but does give a feeling of increased space. The bedroom is situated mid apartment and doesn’t have access to natural light but this doesn’t seem to present a problem given that it’s surrounded by glass sliding doors on two sides. The air conditioning is very effective and the kitchen well appointed. I did appreciate the washer dryer to refresh my clothes after many days of travelling. Parking is an extra significant cost but free on street parking doesn’t seem to be an issue. The lounge furnishings leave something to be desired. The couch looks good but isn’t very comfortable. It has a very upright seating position and probably more suited to lying on. This creates an issue for any other guest who has nowhere to sit other than on the kitchen chairs. The view from my first floor one bedroom apartment is into an adjoining building which is a bit of a bummer given the property would have nice views over parkland and other interesting heritage buildings. The property is quite spacious with wide hallways and open space. It doesn’t suffer from that claustrophobic feeling of many apart/hotels. I liked this accommodation and would happily stay there again.

I’m so obsessed with this place,
It has honestly got to be my favourite hotel that I’ve ever stayed at.
When you walk out of those lifts into the lobby you’ll be blown away by just how modern and brand new it all is. We got a room upgrade upon check in which was nice and when we got to our room the first thing I thought was “oh my gosh, this is beautiful” literally everything is so brand new, carpets are still so fluffy to walk on, everything was just so clean, not even a speck of dust anywhere. Bed was comfortable, tv in the living area and the bedroom was nice. I didn’t use them as I only stayed for one night but the dishwasher and washing machine would come in handy to so many families staying a bit longer. And to top it off I didn’t hear a single thing from anyone else staying at the hotel during the night.

100% will stay again, I reckon this has to be THE best accommodation in the whole of Adelaide.

This hotel is very well finished and well located in North Adelaide with a simple walk down to local cafes and restaurants. Whilst not cheap, it is very well finished. Only point of note is the flight noise from 6am until 11pm. Our window next to the bed would not close quite properly so the noise when a plane flew over was a little louder due to the window seal not being closed 100%.

A lovely stay in North Adelaide, if you get a city view its wonderful with big windows and a comfortable couch to unwind on. Rooms are huge with a full kitchen, dishwasher and full-sized fridge. Lots of lighting options allow for your preferred amount of lighting and TV allows for casting from your device. Bed was super comfy with a variety of pillows available. A tonne of storage space as well as washing machine and dryer. Bathroom was large and well designed, bonus points on picking tiles that provide some grip when wet (rather than gloss tiles). The spa bath was nice and there was a sliding panel that opened out onto the bedroom in case you felt like watching the TV from the bath.

Parking on-site was very easy and staff were very friendly. Location in North Adelaide is good, a quick walk to Jeffcott St (but far enough away you don't get the noise). North Adelaide is inherently a bit too far for a casual walk to Adelaide but it's a short uber/taxi ride (I'm sure there's a bus too). There's a supermarket on Jeffcott Street and plenty of dining options nearby.

I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends who need somewhere to stay for a few nights. Very spacious - and the rooms smelt great when we entered! Beautiful decor, architecture and finishes. The wooden bedhead was a little strange but generally it wouldn't be an issue.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights in a suite facing the street and on the third floor. We loved the modern, clean apartment that was fully functional and light filled. Black out curtains great and no street noise. The building is under a flight path but only planes operate only during the day, none at night. In fact we heard no noise from other apartments - other people shouting or playing music is not my idea of a good time! Lobby is generous as are the gardens at the rear. Servicing of the apartment was fine. Would have appreciated a price list of the items in the mini-bar - only quibble! Overall, we enjoyed our stay (bed was comfortable and having a washing machine helped), and we walked everywhere in North Adelaide and to the CBD that is about 30 minutes walk through parks and pleasant streets. Great cafes around too and supermarkets.

This place is just perfect. The receptionist was incredibly polite and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, modern and had everything we needed including toiletries, coffee pods and so many different teas. There was a fully stocked mini bar and the place was spacious and quiet. Perfect location too. So close to cafes and easy access to the City. We will be back for sure.
