We stayed in Bali Masari Villas and Spa for 2 nights in July, and it was absolute heaven! The staff are so helpful and polite, nothing was ever too much or too difficult! We did not leave the resort once during our stay, we just did not need to! We enjoyed lazing by the infinity pool, having lunch on our...

We booked a stay here because the accomodation at the animal park nearby was full and that was where we wanted to go. We were collected by Wayan who it seems was OUR driver for our two night stay. We didn't know that til after we left but, he was so friendly and laid back, I don't think we could...

Bali Masari Villas offer beautiful villas and a pool with an extraordinary view but it is in the middle of nowhere. There are no activities at the hotel, you don't see the other guests. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday, then it might be the place for you. But it's not a place for kids. There...

We stayed over Chinese new year and it was very quiet with very few guests. It was great as we wanted a chilled relaxed get-away. We have a few problems with the satellite TV etc but they were resolved pretty quickly when we mentioned it to the staff. Most of the staff didn’t speak very good English so you need...

Food in the hotelrestaurant, which is the only place where you can get food, is below average. Had no other choice than to eat there 4 times and never happy. Hotel has a noice...

The location of Bali Masari Villas is wonderful if you don't mind being away from it all. It is a beautiful spot, with great accomodation, a heavenly pool, a perfectly located spa a reasonable restaurant and fantastic service. If you want a relaxing holiday away from the hustle and bustle then you will not be dissappointed. If you would prefer...

Our holiday in Bali, with our two children needed to be a very special one; my wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and now that our son has turned 20 it was likely that this was to be the last holiday that we took together. We wanted to travel to Bali as it was a part of the...

We have been to Bali 5 times but this is the first time we visited Bali Masari Resort & Spa. The Manager was on hand to greet us on arrival & he was there again to say good-bye. All staff at the Resort are friendly, courteous and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Service...

The most amazing place. We were due to stay here 2 nights but ended up there for 4. They made a birthday cake for my partner, got upgraded for no extra charge and the offers at the spa are great. The hotel manager was friendly and had a great selection of Steven segal movies to watch!
