Very Good Deal for everything the Hotel has to offer.....pool, pool-bar, beach, happy hours, food, restaurants, parking space and location. The SERVICE at the FRONT DESK has/have to improve in a BIG way.

This hotel is very lacking in customer service. The front desk attendees barely look at you and act as though you are inconveniencing them, even at check in. We were booked here for 2 nights. We wanted to check out right away. Room had moldy water spots on the valance. Couldn't lay on the sheets because they were such poor quality and itchy. Tried going to the pool bar but it full of kids splashing water while security did nothing. We asked if we could just check out...

Not part of a chain. Very well located with a well stocked bar, beautiful beachfront, good flow of facilities. Rooms need update but are adequate with good air conditioning. The buffet includes good salads and desserts but main dishes need flavor. The Royal Palm Cafe has modern tropical feel and is very welcoming. Overall a good place for relaxing.

This is a charming hotel located at a really nice beach. Well set for taking a break from the world and relaxing. We have truly enjoyed the buffets at the Royal Palm Café prepared by Chef Josué Díaz and his staff. The Café also has great espresso. I have also participated and organized meetings at this hotel. The large ballroom...
