Everything you would expect from a first class remote tropical resort. Two deserted private beaches. Gorgeous landscaping comfortable beds and incredible meals all total up to a top get-away destination. I will definitely return.

I will never forget this wonderful place!! Truly heaven on earth. Set on a point at the end of a little island on the Pacific Ocean surrounded by clear blue water. and dotted with little islands off in the distance. There are 2 perfect beaches on both sides of the point. And it doesn't matter which cabana you stay in...

Having travelled most of Panama with our grown children and their significant others as part of my birthday, we decided to end at Cala Mia before heading home. We travel often, and without question this was the most relaxing vacation we've ever experienced. A beautiful location that feels as minimally untouched by humans as a resort can; there's a profound respect for local culture, the wildlife and the natural resources of the land. You can be as active or lazy as you choose. The staff will make sure...

I had the chance to spend some quality time at Cala Mia Resort during Mother's day break in Panama and not only the weather helped a lot but the friendliest staff who gave us the best attention, the best food. Definitely a must-go place if you want to relax and enjoy Nature.

The views, accommodations, pool and service are first class. There aren't many places on the water in Panama where you don't have to stay inside your room with the air conditioner on full blast. We so enjoyed listening to the ocean while being lulled to sleep. The lobster and coconut rice were delicious!
