My husband and I went for dinner this evening. Just a quick bite to eat, we were not expecting anything fancy, we both ordered Sausage & Mash and onion gravy. Service was slow and when it arrived it was just about edible. The mashed potato was out of a packet, the sausages were tasteless, the gravy was bisto (or something...

Rooms are in what appears to be converted tables with the door opening directly to the beer garden, this could cause privacy issues in summer months but not a problem in early November. Room was clean and functional but heater did not work. Breakfast was good, well cooked and presented and good value. The pub offers decent traditional pub foods...

The staff were very friendly. Had the Sunday roast - best meal I've eaten out for a long time the beef melted in your mouth and everything was really tasty. Jam sponge pudding also highly recommended. Will definitely be going back.

I took my disabled father for lunch at this pub. Parking and access was very wheelchair friendly and staff offered every assistance without being overly attentive. Choice of local ales pleased my Dad as well as the menu which offered a good variety of traditional pub food and some interesting unusual choices, try the daily specials great value. The pub...

Just about bearable for a one night stay. Rooms are small and require updating. Beds are cheap and uncomfortable. Old matress propped up next to the wardrobe was not a welcoming sight when entering the room. Road noise and people leaving the pub added to the issues. Seriously needs money spending on rooms to update.

This is now my 3rd stay here, when I have had to visit Farnborough on business. The rooms are very clean & comfortable with all amenities available. The food is first class, well prepared and well presented. The Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would & have recommended this establishment to anyone.
