Booked this hotel as a "blind special" on a travel website. This well-worn (and not in a charming way) weird property is perched on a hillside that is awkward to find. The streets aren't well lit and neither is the parking lot. The hotel was quite full but still managed to appear all but abandoned. I drove around the building... More

Front desk didn't have my reservation and couldn't help. Once I got corrected, my daughter and I went to our room that was on a non-smoking floor. Got off the elevator to the stench of cigarette smoke. Room was updated but smelled musty. Bathroom was another story - mildew and mold in the bathtub/shower, hair on wall and in bathtub,... More

We stayed one night here. Left our car for 1 week. Hotel was good. No complaints. We were only there long enough to sleep. Hallway did have a bit of a weird smell. Shuttle took us to the airport no problems. Took a cab back to hotel from airport because my husband didnt want to wait the 20-30 mins for... More

The hotel is about 25 minutes from the city. Our room was clean and the furnishings modern but we encountered many problems. The internet is constantly going out. When we returned to our rooms after 400 pm neither of our keys worked. After getting new keys we opened our room and found it had not yet been cleaned. We wanted... More

The rooms are clean, bed is nice , bathrooms are clean. We booked two rooms. The major complaint is the Air Conditioners are too noisy and not working properly. When we called front desk, they put us on a long hold and never even bothered to check or call back. Even when we checked out, the Manager did not even... More

Ok for a park & fly but the staff left much to be desired. They claim to have a restaurant & lounge but you could only get draft beer & no food because "their computers weren't working." They were willing to sell you small snack sized bags of chips for $2 or $3 each. You could buy the same ones... More

We arrived at 4pm. Our rooms were not ready so we left to do some shopping. We requested microwaves and refrigerators weeks before when we made the reservations we were told none were available. Then when we got in the room there was no toilet paper I called down to the front desk and they said we will send some... More

My room was ok. Front desk person was nice and she tried to help me. My gripe is the internet. It works for 3-5 minutes at a very reduced speed then it kicks you off line. I have complained to the manager in person but she only apologized and reset the system, which did not help. This is the 2nd... More
