Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for you to walk the 3 minute path through the "enchanted forest" to a secluded beach. Ocean Ridge is a quiet residential community just south of Delray Beach and east of Boynton Beach. We are centrally located to all of the fun south Florida has to offer. This small boutique hotel was such a great find! This older property was made current with some really nice touches, such as keyless room entry, bathrooms are stylish, great black out blinds etc. Having cold water bottles in the frig upon arrival was a nice touch! My husband and I couldn’t think of a single thing that could have made our stay any more enjoyable. They have literally stocked the rooms with everything you can imagine and the grounds were well kept and beautiful. The pool mats and noodles were awesome. The pool furniture is top notch, not that cheap stuff that cracks or you stick too! While using the facilities on the last day, we charged our phones in the outdoor dining area, nice they thought of electric out there. We used the outdoor shower and bathroom to clean up prior to our late flight and we were thankful to have this. The close proximity to the beach is incredible and the use of the beach chairs and umbrella is not something you will find at big national chain hotels. The ladies in the office were helpful. We are so happy we picked this place and cannot way to return!

Sun Dek has become our go to place to stay when ever we are in the Ft. Lauderdale area. The moment you walk in you feel right at home. From walking to the beach right across the street, to laying by the pool or playing games at night under the gazebo-they thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. There are beach chairs, a laundry room, games, pool floats, small library and fully stocked kitchen if you choose to cook in. But the best thing about Sun Dek is their staff! They are always friendly and courteous and Marsha in the office is absolutely the best ever! We were there over the Christmas Holidays with our daughter and getting ready to book our next stay in January. Only 35 minutes to Ft. Lauderdale airport and Port Canaveral cruise terminal but away from the hustle and bustle.

We love this location. Great restaurants and lighter road traffic a plus. Staying here is the best of all worlds because you can enjoy the on site heated pool or the beach via an easy short walk.
It’s great to have a full kitchen when staying several days. A private balcony and private parking spot makes things easy and enhances enjoyment.
There’s no fighting for poolside chairs or an umbrella. Totally quiet and stress free relaxation.
The house cleaning staff is beyond friendly and every need is met immediately. All (in your unit) supplies are replenished daily when needed. You will not only be happy but you will feel important.
The management/office staff is available 12 hours daily and provide additional support in every way including providing beach chairs or laundry options. They literally go out of their way to make you feel like royalty. This was a rare an unexpected perk.
In closing, there is never anything to get annoyed about. The bed was very comfortable, the refrigerator had an ice maker and trash is collected daily. I may have left out further goodies about staying here but you can always find out by booking a stay.
This place sets the bar impossibly high in every way and we will certainly come back.

We enjoyed our stay here. Was here during the middle of the week and basically had the place to ourselves. Everyone we interacted with was extremely helpful & nice. We really appreciated that they let you borrow beach chairs and umbrellas. Our only issue was the hotel's ice machine didn't work and neither did the one in our unit. We were told we could come to the office and get ice but we never did. Also the internet signal in our room would come and go and made it difficult to attend some work online meetings. However, I would come back here without even bothering looking elsewhere.

Sun Dek Beach House was a fantastic spot for our recent family getaway. As locals of South Florida we're always looking for that perfect little spot to unwind and relax. The room was surprisingly large with a full kitchen and a seperate bedroom with a king size bed. Everything was spotless and the kitchen came with everything anyone would need to prepare a full meal. During our trip planning stage Lonnie Wolfe took care of every detail, making sure we selected the right room for our trip and made sure everything was in order prior to our arrival. Front desk staff was extremely attentive and made sure to highlight all the extras that were available such as beach chairs, beach towels, pool floats, outdoor showers and more. Our room was right on the intracoastal and the beach was just steps away across the street. We will most certainly be back!

This well kept and super clean property was perfect for our family of five. We rented a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. This is probably one of the cleanest properties I have ever stayed and appears to have been recently updated. The management and staff are always working, walking around and inspecting the property and making sure everything is in perfect condition. We loved the proximity to the beach, which was quiet and tranquil. The property features a nice swimming pool for all the guests which the kids enjoyed and a great gazebo with a couple of tables for community outdoor dining/socializing. We visited during the Covid pandemic and we felt very safe a this property. One thing to note, the property is not in walking distance to any restaurants or bars, be sure to stop by the grocery store and grab some snacks before you arrive. I would highly recommend staying at the Sun Dek and can't wait to come back to visit!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this updated retro treasure. The property had the feel of 1960s beach accommodations with completely updated rooms at a very reasonable rate. New appliances, renovated bathrooms, new comfortable furnishings. Our primary concern in this period of covid was cleanliness! We could not have been more pleased. The rooms were sanitized along with dishes and remote controls. The pool furniture was cleaned often throughout the day. Since this is a smaller complex it was very quiet even with several families at the pool. The location was perfect for our dining and shopping needs and was a quick walk to the beach. The management and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly! Marshia, Gloria and Lonny are new friends! We will be back!

We have stayed at the Sun Dek for several years now and are never disappointed. The rooms are clean, the location is ideal, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. During Covid they are taking extra cleaning and sanitizing precautions to ensure the safety of the guest. Lonny is always accommodating and helpful with anything that is needed during the stay. Located between Del Ray and West Palm, easy walk to the beach and short drive to grocery stores or anything that you need.

Stayed for 2 days in April 24, Mixed emotions, the motel is comfortable with a nice warm swimming pool. Friendly reception, dedicated parking, Room was clean. Easy walk to beach. However our room (room 4) seemed to be the only one without any outside space, most others had small balconies. I was subjected to a big black bus that parked adjacent to the pool area, flooded the area with diesel smoke and noise for over an hour. Noisy road spoils the location. Watchout for all the local restaurants are high end with valet parking. I would head to the Hyatt next time.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry to learn that we did not meet your expectations. I see you reserved one of our Studio rooms. They do not have outdoor space, but all of our other room types do. I am sorry about the black bus. We had a group in-house (which is unusual in itself), but we would have asked the driver to turn the bus off if we knew it was bothering you. We hope we have the chance to welcome you another time and we will be sure to recommend nearby dining options with plenty of free parking.

I absolutely loved this place, and wish I could have stayed longer. Sun Dek has all the things I love about an Airbnb and a hotel combined; it was a huge space with the amenities and attention of a hotel. The suite was gorgeous, clean, and very spacious. I work remotely so having a full kitchen and a table + a kitchen island was HUGE. In addition to loving our room, we were blown away by the amenities at Sun Dek. The pool and floats were great, but having beach chairs and umbrellas accessible was a game changer. It was a short walk to the beach and Sun Dek provides everything you need to go. The staff was so friendly and we had an overall wonderful time here. We will definitely be coming back!

The beach is right across the street. They offer chairs and umbrellas. There is a walkway access. They also have an outdoor shower so you can rinse off before going to your room. It's really a lovely little place.
We have two 2 bedrooms. There is a king in one bedroom and two full beds in the other bedroom.
There is also a pullout queen in the living room sofa.
