Staff couldn't do enough for us, had to change rooms - no problem Only thing we are elderly and a bath with a handle on the wall not really for us Overall great location and enjoyable stay have been a few times and definately will be back

The bathroom was a little small and both the room and bathroom are pretty outdated, but it was clean and tidy with a comfortable bed. Staff were friendly on check in and out.Great location for pubs and clubs. Good for a stop over and one of the cheaper places in town.

Great little spot! Quiet street and walking distance to main centre. Rooms were clean and equipped with amenities. We stayed in the Generals Den 1 bedroom , small but cosy perfect for couples. My only negative feedback is the 2 x single sofa seats in lounge rather than 1 x 2 or 3 seater with no TV in the bedroom meaning you can’t lay down to watch tv. Plenty of parking if not in the complex on the street. Staff were fantastic and always pleasant. Was very busy during Christmas and New Years and I can see why. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

I stayed in a king room for 2 nights over new year and it was the worst room I ever stayed in. Bed was terrible, room was noisy, air conditioning did not work properly, bathroom small and couldn’t stop water from shower going all over it. Fridge noisy all night and room was under a stairwell with the hearing every noise on it and in the room above. Do not stay here or make sure you do not book the king room as it is two very uncomfortable single beds stuck together that do not watch. Room was clean but that’s my only positive. You don’t even get a park out the front of your room and it’s a fight for car parks.

Accommodation seems to be at a bit of a premium in this town. The place was clean, check in was easy and location good. Ticks most boxes for a pleasant overnighter. On the down side the price is pushing it $140+ a night. Rooms are looking fairly run down with a lot of water damage and rusting around the bathroom and the showers are barely passable with hot water being very hard to control.
