An absolutely beautiful outlook from our cute little cottage (Palmy) Easy self check-in Very comfortable bed/bedding A short drive to town but very much a country feel A gorgeous property and even with neighbours it was so peaceful, we just loved it And that little bull in the paddock stole my heart...

Extremely clean and cozy cottage. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen was functional for a short stay. They pay attention to all details to make you feel welcomed, from a note at the front the door, when you check in, to complimentary snacks and firewood ready to go. The staff went out of their way to check if the TV in the room had HDMI connection, so we could buy the right cable to plug our phones and watch Netflix, before arriving in Mudgee. They even texted me, while we were on our way! We had a bit of trouble to regulate the water temperature in the shower, but nothing major. The property is nice and gives you the feeling of staying in a farm (because you are actually staying in a farm, I guess). Despite of all cabins being occupied, we felt like there was enough space for everyone and we spent quiet and relaxing days. I would consider returning to this place, next time we visit Mudgee.

Stayed for 2 nights at Peppertree. Celebration for friends' 70th birthday & 40th wedding anniversary. Family & friends had booked all accommodation available. We stayed in one of the bungalows, Palmy. Presented beautifully, clean & what a glorious sunset we experienced. Only remark is that as the accommodation is self contained, do a grocery shop before you leave Mudgee.

Thank you Jools for reviewing your stay at Peppertree Hill. We are pleased you found the accommodation so well presented and clean. It is certainly a great venue for a group of friends and family to gather together and celebrate. And the sunsets.... magical skies at night! In addition to the convenience of our cottages being self contained, our guests have the minibar facility as well as being able to order locally sourced and prepared breakfast / lunch or nibbles hampers. This can be arranged prior to arrival. We look forward to welcoming you back sometime. Warm regards

We stayed 4 nights in Gumtree Cottage. The accommodation was exactly as presented..with everything needed for self catering. Self check-in was managed well with excellent communication from the property . The cottage gives both privacy and views across the dam and surrounding farmland. A visit from the owner prior to our departure and friendly staff members added to a very enjoyable escape from the city. Local drives and wineries completed a very pleasant country getaway.

We spent a fabulous 3 nights in their Newport self catering cottage - absolutely perfect for the two of us!. Everything was so clean and fresh! The bed was incredibly comfortable too! And the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Loved the touch of the Nespresso coffee machine too. We were super appreciative of both the log fire and electric blankets as the nights were cold. We DID brave the cold the one night, and sat on the porch looking out at the stars - and YES we did see some shooting stars! Definitely would love to return - maybe with a group of friends and we can hire adjacent cottages for a long weekend.
