Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Hotel in excellent position for airport and the town centre. rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast was very basic and had no breakfast tea (only complaint)
Although I checked out at 12 I was allowed to use the pool, which was brilliant as it was 40 odd degrees. There is a bar up the road in front of the hotel called Bar Primos which was great food and very good for the money.

Very good location on the right bank of thr river. Far from the city centre but very well connected of all the entrances and wayout of the city. A nice pool. A very friendly and helpful staff. Nice cafetaria for breakfast and snacks and drinks all day.

The service was really nice. On one night owing to a bit of a disaster, we had checked in and then due to (rental car problems don't rent from gold car Spain, they won't let you extend your rental car contract as all other car companies let you do over the phone) and we had to check out 30 minutes later... The front people said no problem and were really sweet about it (This during the fair of badajoz when they were super busy). Really really nice. The rooms are a little dated but free fast internet, and they were quite roomy. I would definitely stay there again.

A very disappointing hotel, the room was poky and very hot, the AC could not cope and was noisy. The TV was ancient and DID NOT have Sky news as advertised, only Spanish/Portuguese channels. Since it was a Saturday night there was a wedding reception, music until 5am!
When I asked for a reduction the receptionist's English suddenly disappeared - she just did not care!
THIS IS NOT A SUPERIOR HOTEL.

An outdated hotel which offers minimum accomodation but not much more. The walls are thin, which means at 3 am you are woken up by nocturnal activities on the next room. The WiFi speed is laughable and my room had a deep smell of tobacco which didn't go away even if I left the window open for several hours. The breakfast is also one of the poorest I've ever experienced. At least the reception service was nice.

Good location, although away from the city center. Only worthful for Le Club Accord members, otherwise there's a lot more better tariffs at the hotels around. Nice friendly reception staff. Good cafeteria at hand, just across the main entrance. Parking for free and very useful.

It's a 3 star hotel by all means! The reception desk don´t seem motivated at all. The breakfast buffet don't worth the money. You'd better have breakfast at the bar just side the hotel (actually, it's inside the hotel building). But, at the end of the day, the hotel is a good choice if you're self driving, and the park is free. Very good wifi all over the hotel.

Well located located, with good parking facilities. Swimming pool is a plus, but small and with very few space to have a rest. Rooms are completely outdated. Lots of noise (children) coming from other rooms also.

I have been waiting months and months for a refund from this shoddy hotel. The rooms are awful. The beds uncomfortable and the mattresses stained. I keep trying to get the refund promised to me but Accor just brush it off. There are better hotels in Badajoz. This one will disappoint you.
