After all the negative reviews we read, we were slightly worried as to how good Takkas would be... however it exceeded our expectations and was absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean, the staff friendly and the atmosphere was buzzing. We wouldnt recommend it to families or couples looking for a quiet retreat, but definately to party-goers like us who wanted...

Went to ayia napa with 3 friends at end of june and july for 10 days. Hotel is a great one for younger adults who are looking for a bed to crash for a couple of hours. Rooms and keys are a tad dated and we only had one key per room which was annoying if we all came in...

I stayed at Takkas in September 2010 with 3 girlfriends. On arrival there had been a mix up with our rooms and the one room did not have enough beds so we had to wait for half an hour for a d=campbed to be brought to the room. The rooms themselves were very basic, I stayed in a 1 bedroom...

Stayed here with 2wentys, and while I can't fault the holiday, location, or food in this hotel, the rooms are a different matter!! We stayed in room 25, which was probably one of the better rooms, as the air conditioning actually worked, other people were in their rooms, with the air conditioning full on and it was still about 40...
