A great hotel for a relaxing birthday holiday. We had the double deluxe room by the sea which was incredible as it was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was good and the location was perfect. As it was off season it wasn't very busy which was ideal for us.

Travelling to Ayia Napa out of season is great. Many of the clubs and bars are closed but this gives the place a village feel. The Grecian Bay offers a great level of service. The servicing of the rooms is first class and the staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a vast variety of options. If you...

Been living Israel for a few months now so any customer service seems extra friendly to me. Front desk service was reasonable. Great view of the beach and pool area. Breakfast for me was included and there was pretty variety for food. There was even champagne available. Prices to the rooms were reasonable. Pool and gym area was clean. I...

Upon walking on the premises, I felt as though I was entering a retirement home. The establishment is as old as my grandfather and smells that aged too. The hairdryer is a vintage artifact and they gave me half used toiletries- insinuating that they have been recycled from previous guests. The staff is cordial, but that doesn't make up for...

Staying right now at the hotel. Staff is - as mentionned before - cold and not motivated. No help with seating at breakfast. Dinner - they are OK but NOT friendly. I would say little bored and a bit insolant. Dont darw to ask anything. They are very loud when it comes to cleaning. Food is OK. Everything is OK...

We stayed at this hotel the first week of November 16. On arrival the reception staff were most helpful - coming out their way to ensure everything was ok. Checking in was a quick and easy task. Once checked in we were on the fourth floor with a room to the rear of the hotel (facing inland). The room was...

Napa may not be the most romantic place, but if you look for relaxation this hotel is the right choice. When choosing, I looked through most hotels in the area, and Grecian Bay was one of the two with 5 stars. I am very happy the selection, especially after having peeked into neighbouring competitors. First, it has the best swimming...

We've been coming to this hotel for twenty years and it just gets better every time. Lovely friendly staff who can't do enough for you. Every where very clean. Food lovely. Beach attendants who brushed your sun bed every day for you and a button on your sun umbrella that called a waiter !!
