Room was horrific. Mama and papa should be extradited to a work camp in korea, both absolute fascists. They drive range rover sports and Mercedes e class's yet won't pay the cleaner to clean. They fined the lads above us €250 for being loud. Decent location though and nightlife is sick

Had the best week of my life in Napa was a great holiday with the lads and made some new friends however our experience was tarnished by the owners of the salmary! At the end of the day we went to the hotel not expecting much as it is part of club 18-30 but even by our already very low...

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. DIRTY rooms, is an understatement! Owners will try to fine you for anything, we paid over £600 to stay here for a week self catering which was the biggest rip off ever! The pool is so murky you can't see the bottom, our bathroom was so dirty I couldn't use it! The...

Please people listen to me and do not stay in this hotel, I am not a snob I have very low standards when it comes to rooms but this room is an absolute abomination I have never hated a building so much in my life, the hotel is run by two of the worst people I have met they will...

Awful experience. Worst holiday of our lives. shocked that Thomas Cook tour operators deals with a hotel that is so shabby and corrupt. The hotel has a policy of holding your bedroom keys and passport and will not return either unless you give more money for spurious, fabricated reasons. The rep was useless, all she wanted to do was sell...

Stayed from the 13-20th August. Safe to say I would rather stay on the frontline in Helmand province than pay to stay here again. Cockroaches the size of cats and half the worlds ant population in your room. The two owners mama and papa are the two biggest inbreds on the face of the planet and will almost charge you...

After reading the reviews on here prior to booking the holiday it was safe to say that we did not have high expectations. We stayed in room 6 which overlooked the pool (which by the way did not have bread floating in it) and it was the perfect amount of space for the four of us. The room was basic...

I stayed here at the beginning of July with four friends, I didn't expect 5 star service but the hotel was actually disgusting. When we arrived the light was hanging from the bathroom and we didn't get it sorted until the next night and then the bathroom floor was flooded by the toilet which was horrible, I was just given...

10 lads went on an 18-30 holiday between the 6th and 13th if august and you couldn't ask for more. There's a pool, bar, bed, shower and mirror what else do you need? The place is a perfect base with a 2 minute walk to the strip with smaller bars a long the route. There's 2 supermarkets to buy your...
