Just returned from a 4 day break. The 2 things that most stand out about this hotel is the location and it's staff. Perched on the mountain side (no cars during the winter season), the hotel location is utterly beautiful. Once you are there you really dont need to go anywhere else if you didnt want to. Hotel food was...

Hello from Oberlech in summer – which is just as beautiful! Thank you so much for your feedback here on Trip advisor. We are so happy to read, that you enjoyed you stay with us so much! Leger dinner is served in Bergstübli as well as in Alter Goldener Berg – we have to make sure you get a taste...

Went with my father and brother to Lech for 3 days. GoldenerBerg was perfect. Great chalet feeling with wonderfully fresh breakfast. Spa is great. Also good for kids. my dad got hurt and the hotel was amazingly accommodating with a late checkout for him and other items. Highly recommended. Only negative was the heat was a bit strong. We just...

We are all seasoned travellers and have never had such a chaotic lunch as here on the terrace. The staff are completely stressed out, freaked out and clumsy. They stumble all over the place, orders are mixed up. The food is so-so. A terrible experience despite the great views

Hello from sunny Oberlech! Thank you so much for your feedback here on Trip advisor. It seems your lunch break with us just did not work out at all. That is too bad, as perfect service is our highest aim. We do hope, you will give us a second chance to show: we can do a lot better than that!...

Have stayed here many times. Great spot, nice hotel, great food, lovely service. Really good for kids. Food is excellent. Has a kids club. Good pool and spa area. Ski in ski out. Recently renovated the bar area. Not cheap but not much in Lech is.

We stayed here with our 2 teenage daughters. The ski in ski out facilities were amazing. The apris skiing is non existent. The bar area lacks character and was always deserted. The 4 dining area options are misleading, as the menu stays the same for a week. On the terrace outside, although the menu was great, the service was below...

Hello from Goldener Berg! Thank you so much for your feedback here on Trip advisor. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay with us and found the service in the hotel lovely. Definitely, Goldener Berg is not the après ski place. There is live music in the afternoon twice a week in Alter Goldener Berg, but apart from that,...

Oberlech is very special and the Goldener Berg is at the top of my list at this great resort. Right from arrival at the lift station ( parking spots allow easy unpacking before moving to nearby discounted village parking inside) to delivery through the tunnels and then a magical visit, the whole experience is excellent. The breakfast scene (and the...

Rooms and staff are really great. I've stayed in the Chalet with my wife and kids. There were two drawbacks during our visit. First, it is the location. Going from the hotel to other places in Oberlech, including the toboggan, is painful. The distance is short, but with a sharp slope. If you are planning to stay in the hotel...

Hello from Oberlech! We thank you very much for your statement on trip advisor. We are very sorry to read, that you thought the location was not the right thing for you. Of course we are right on the mountain – so ski in ski out – which most skiers love. But of course there is a walk to the...

At least once during you trip to this wonderful ski area, you should treat yourself to a exquisite lunch. Local favourites include tomato soup and Wiener Schnitzel (calf, not pork!) with a good Austrian wine (Grüner Veltliner). Sit outside on the terrace and enjoy the view and hip scene!
