Detailed Reviews
What a delight to arrive at this resort, we checked in after hours after receiving clear instructions, on where to park, our apartment etc. Apartment has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable, the view was stunning, lovely deck with dining table and chairs and relaxing chair too. Pool lovely and great there is the option to swim out front of hotel if you wish. If you needed anything it was quickly actioned. Even when hotel elevator broke they quickly discussed plans of moving us to another unit as elderly mother couldn’t climb stairs. Thankfully elevator fixed quickly. Plenty of chairs around pool for relaxation. You can walk to town from here, but quite a walk for an elderly person, car recommended. Loads of options close by for dining .
Loved just watching all the birds flying around in the evening from our deck- recommend water front rooms if fits your budget.

Had a great stay at the resort. Our room was immaculate on arrival, staff were welcoming and helpful. The pool and spa were lovely, private pontoons beachfront side were fun to fish from, we caught a few different species of fish without even leaving our accomodation. If that’s not your style then you can just sit and have a drink while enjoying the view. Grounds were well maintained and deck chairs lining the river were very relaxing. We had air conditioning in the lounge area that worked well when needed but the sea breeze meant it wasn’t really necessary all the time. Bedrooms had quiet and efficient ceiling fans. Lift access to your apartment with trollies provided to transport your luggage made checking in and out so much easier. The kitchen was well set up and equipped with all you needed to cook up a family meal. Good sized laundry. Beds were comfortable. lounge was comfortable and setup nicely with area for sitting away from the tv if you wanted. Balconies were spacious all around the apartment and provided shelter from any rain. Wifi was also provided for guests. The view from the beach front apartment was amazing, you could never tire of it. Overall we had a great stay at Noosa Pacific.

My wife and I recently stayed in the two bedroom waterfront apartment for 7 nights during September 2020 for my birthday. I was slightly disappointed initially when I found out that we were only on level 2, but as soon as I opened the apartment door, I was blown away by the views. I have to say that the apartment was quite modern, clean, very spacious and generally surpassed my expectations. The apartment that we were staying in was quite well equipped, so we were able to cook breakfasts and dinners rather than dine out all the time. I also found that the staff were quite friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. It was great to be able to throw a few snags on one of their on site BBQ's during the evening and laze around on the private beach and pool. There are a few small negatives with our stay however. The advertised Foxtel was not worth having, as I could only find a couple of channels, and the internet was rubbish. Ended up watching Foxtel on my mobile phone with my own account and internet! Although I completely understand that it is a self contained apartment and not a hotel as such, given that we had a fairly lengthy stay, I would have expected a few more toiletries etc. We had to do a significant shop on the first day to make sure we didn't run out of supplies. We found that the Noosa Pacific Riverfront Resort was more of a family friendly getaway and may not be as suitable to couples without children. Granted, we were there during school holidays and it wasn't always pleasant to hear and put up with screaming children in the pool every day of our stay. Probably should have a minimum age for the spa (15 +) as kids owned it when we were there. All in all, despite a few negatives, we would still be more than happy to stay here again in the future.

Unfortunately I have to rate this property as the worst I have ever stayed in. I have never written a bad review before as I don’t like to make a fuss. In all conscience however, I am unable to ignore the atrocious treatment from the Noosa Pacific Riverfront management team.
The property itself is good and in an idyllic position. The problem lies wholly with the officious, aggressive nature of the current managers.
We were treated as if we were a group of badly behaved schoolies rather than the 5 families that had planned a vacation together. Despite taking our booking knowing we had children, this resort is NOT family friendly.
The rooms are provided with minimum of amenities including dishwasher tablets and washing powder and when more toilet paper was requested we were told that it would cost 1 per roll!
We were abused for playing a makeshift game with a soft ball in a resort pool in the middle of the day, for being too noisy and for having too many people in the pool??!From then on we were glared at to the point we felt uncomfortable moving around the “resort”.
Upon checkout I was told that 2 plates, 1 cheese knife and 2 glasses from another room were found in our apartment and that we would be charged $50 to return them! The other family was also charged $50 to have them returned. I dispute the fact that there even were these discrepancies as we were very careful and never took glasses to the communal area so would not have picked up any additional. Regardless, $100 to return a few items to a different room!!
When I requested an emailed confirmation of charges I was then advised, again in the most aggressive manor, that I was lucky not to be charged additional cleaning fees as my room was not left well. I am uncertain what else I could have done having swept the floors, wiped down every surface of the bathroom and kitchen, removed all rubbish & started the dishwasher. No cleaning products are supplied. Perhaps I was expected to buy my own & clean it before handing in my keys??!
To say i am disappointed is an understatement. We have all had a very hard year and had been looking forward to spending time together with our own families and as a group. I can only imagine these managers have a very sad life and am trying to just focus on the fact that karma will prevail.

Having chosen to stay at this property for our twin girls 2nd birthday, to say we're disgusted and disappointed with the way we have been treated by the Pacific Noosa would be an understatement.
Upon checking out yesterday we received an email to say we were being charged $310 for leaving the property below standard and for damaging goods - both remarks of which are completely false.
In their own words, the cleaning charges are for 'excessive sand to the balcony and childrens finger prints to the windows'. The apartment was ground floor located with direct beach access, they have no showers at the front of the apartment to wash your feet and no broom. Upon checking out they advise you to fill the dishwasher and turn it on, which is an odd instruction for anyone on holiday but something we would have done anyway. There is NO instruction regarding removing all sand from the balcony and cleaning the windows prior to departure, never mind the fact they provide no products/cleaning equipment for you to do such anyway. As an apartment on the beach that advertises as family friendly it's completely unethical and unreasonable to charge anyone for such.
They are also claiming a $250 fee is for a small ding to a metal side table . We have photographic and video evidence these tables were placed on the dining table along with all ornaments immediately upon arrival to make extra room and to avoid our twins playing with them, so there is absolutely no way we could have caused such damages. When asking management for before photos of the tables and proof the table costs $250 a piece the phone was put down on us.
In any event of accidental damage the company is required to hold a reasonable sum of compensation. We were provided no opportunity to discuss this matter prior to them taking these funds. We're so incredibly taken back they would treat any guests in such way and feel completely scammed.
The management and staff at this resort have absolutely no people or customer service skills what so ever. I had emailed a few days prior asking where I may get a balloon for our twins birthday, we received a two word response 'bigw noosa', no reference to they are looking forward to welcoming us what so ever.
It's such a shame because the complex itself is beautiful but for someone who has travelled all over the world I can say hand on heart I have never been treated so disrespectfully. I will obviously be pursueing this matter via every avenue until I receive a full refund!

Having stayed at this premise previously 3 years ago I am outraged & disappointed with how parts of our trip went. I booked our apartment over the phone and at no point was I informed that they are essentially 2 separate complexes and where we would be staying ‘the garden view apartment’ wouldn’t have access to the main pool which has view over the marina which is the facilities we used last time.
One of the managers , James was very hostile & rude from the moment we arrived and now looking at other reviews I can see in the last year there has been a marked change in his demeanor towards guests.
This resort is not family friendly where the kids are on the younger side, with the manager making remarks the children were too loud when they were playing.
I am in my mid 40’s and have stayed at numerous hotels & apartments and never have I had my bond withheld. This establishment proceeded to withhold our entire bond citing they needed to clean every mattress protector and pillow protectors and the apartment needed extra time cleaning. We even vacuumed the floor before we left.
They have lied outright on the reasons required to withhold the bond and refused to provide any photographic evidence of supposed stains / marks on the bedding.
Such a shame to have our holiday end on this note and for one manger who is overdue to retire to ruin our experience.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Noosa Pacific Resort. All the main rooms of our apartment had views of Noosa River and across to the river mouth. We had all breakfasts, most lunches and some dinners sitting on the balcony enjoying the outlook and watching the amazing amount of activity on the river.
Our apartment had two bedrooms and was roomy and comfortable and well maintained. Staying for two weeks, our room was serviced at the end of the first week and everything was refreshed.
All the staff we had contact with at the Noosa Pacific Resort were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We also were able to book a Noosa canal cruise through the reception office and were picked-up for the cruise from the jetty at the front of the resort.
The resort is about 25 minutes walk to Hastings Street and about 10 minutes walk to Gympie Terrace in Noosaville and we prefer the restaurants on Gympie Terrace nowadays.
We had a great holiday and hope to make the Noosa Pacfic Resort a regular part of our annual holidays.

I've given two stars because the office staff were very helpful, and did try their best to accommodate us when we let them know we wanted to move resorts. The unit was also beautifully decorated, and I think staying there with no children, in a cooler time of year might have been fine.
However I really can't recommend the resort for a summer stay or one with children. We stayed in a "garden view" unit, which was advertised as having air conditioning. In reality, it was 28 degrees in the bedrooms overnight, even as the temperature outside was only a few degrees higher than this. The only air conditioning unit was located in the hallway facing away from the bedrooms, so the hallway was very cold, but the rooms and living area were both extremely warm. We were staying with our baby, so this was just too warm for a baby to sleep in. Additionally, even though we had indicated having a baby on our reservation, we were in a top floor unit, so we had to climb a ton of stairs with the pram multiple times a day.
Our garden view was actually a view of the caravan park, which wasn't ideal, and although we knew we wouldn't be able to use the riverfront pool since we weren't in a more expensive riverfront room, we didn't realise our unit was in another building completely, even with a separate gym. It just felt a bit like we were second class citizens at the resort, when we just thought we were booking a different room type, not booking a completely different resort (which is how it felt). We moved to another resort on hasting's street which had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge, a pool for everyone to use, a nice view of lush gardens, was walkable to the beach, and was less expensive. I'm just not sure why Noosa Pacific is so expensive, perhaps if you're staying in the riverfront rooms then it might be nice?

Not sure what the difference between deluxe and standard is, we have booked a deluxe garden view that has views of the neighbouring caravan park.
Decor is not nearly as nice as advertised nor were we aware that the pool advertised and is used as their main photo on their website is for another building on the property.., very misleading and disappointing.
My confirmation letter says nothing about this and when we questioned it appears it now states it on the website (we booked May 2019). If a water view room was available we would have booked it and I emailed the hotel asking if anything becomes available to let us know.
Also we were 100% sure we booked a room with a king bed, my husband is over 6ft so it is a deal breaker for us where we stay and is the first thing we look at when booking accomm , the bed we have is a queen.
The property should be marketed as 2 separate properties as all the main photos are for a building and facilities garden apartments can’t use, really we are next door to the property we thought we were staying at.
Wifi also terrible, 1 bar at the most.
The only positive is that the room is clean.

its all about the view- amazing. the apartments have nice decor, all different and have different layouts. it is well equipped for your stay. can walk to restaurants and its about a 20min easy walk to noosa beach. the gardens are very well maintained and the pool is really nice although i thought the spa was a bit small and needs some upgrades to make it look a bit nicer. great bbq areas with tables and chairs to enjoy and is great to have dinner or lunch overlooking the water. but we have a few issues with the place. when i rang to get the discounted price i asked them what was there covid cancellation policy and they told me there is no money back or credits. i couldnt believe that so i rang again on a different day and got the same result. we had family who went at a different time and they were told they would get credits if we had lockdown and they also got the discounted price.
They came into our room without telling us and left a note on the kitchen bench about our room getting serviced. i dont think this is right that they could come into our apartment without telling us and getting our permission first. we got a note with the time we had to be checked out. we didnt see it at first as it must of been stuck under the door and when we opened it the note must of went behind the door. it was just as well we went out again and saw it. in this day and age how about a text. we had a few things wrong with the place and some were fixed some were not.
there should be aircon throughout the apartments. the bedrooms get abit warm with no aircon. i was abit amazed they didnt have it throughout the place and only in the lounge/dinning area. especially seeing they advertise the 2 bedroom with aircon. they should put but not in the bedrooms.
dont hire a kayak or paddle board from there they are cheaper on the river front ( some of them ) we got them for 1/2 the price.
