Our balcony overlooked the river, where we watched rowers, fishermen, ferries and birdlife. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and all the amenities needed for week's holiday. Well maintained surrounds. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We had an excellent experience staying at the Noosa Pacific Resort. All the main rooms of our apartment had views of Noosa River and across to the river mouth. We had all breakfasts, most lunches and some dinners sitting on the balcony enjoying the outlook and watching the amazing amount of activity on the river. Our apartment had two bedrooms and was roomy and comfortable and well maintained. Staying for two weeks, our room was serviced at the end of the first week and everything was refreshed. All the staff we had contact with at the Noosa Pacific Resort were friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We also were able to book a Noosa canal cruise through the reception office and were picked-up for the cruise from the jetty at the front of the resort. The resort is about 25 minutes walk to Hastings Street and about 10 minutes walk to Gympie Terrace in Noosaville and we prefer the restaurants on Gympie Terrace nowadays. We had a great holiday and hope to make the Noosa Pacfic Resort a regular part of our annual holidays.

its all about the view- amazing. the apartments have nice decor, all different and have different layouts. it is well equipped for your stay. can walk to restaurants and its about a 20min easy walk to noosa beach. the gardens are very well maintained and the pool is really nice although i thought the spa was a bit small and needs some upgrades to make it look a bit nicer. great bbq areas with tables and chairs to enjoy and is great to have dinner or lunch overlooking the water. but we have a few issues with the place. when i rang to get the discounted price i asked them what was there covid cancellation policy and they told me there is no money back or credits. i couldnt believe that so i rang again on a different day and got the same result. we had family who went at a different time and they were told they would get credits if we had lockdown and they also got the discounted price. They came into our room without telling us and left a note on the kitchen bench about our room getting serviced. i dont think this is right that they could come into our apartment without telling us and getting our permission first. we got a note with the time we had to be checked out. we didnt see it at first as it must of been stuck under the door and when we opened it the note must of went behind the door. it was just as well we went out again and saw it. in this day and age how about a text. we had a few things wrong with the place and some were fixed some were not. there should be aircon throughout the apartments. the bedrooms get abit warm with no aircon. i was abit amazed they didnt have it throughout the place and only in the lounge/dinning area. especially seeing they advertise the 2 bedroom with aircon. they should put but not in the bedrooms. dont hire a kayak or paddle board from there they are cheaper on the river front ( some of them ) we got them for 1/2 the price.

I've given two stars because the office staff were very helpful, and did try their best to accommodate us when we let them know we wanted to move resorts. The unit was also beautifully decorated, and I think staying there with no children, in a cooler time of year might have been fine. However I really can't recommend the resort for a summer stay or one with children. We stayed in a "garden view" unit, which was advertised as having air conditioning. In reality, it was 28 degrees in the bedrooms overnight, even as the temperature outside was only a few degrees higher than this. The only air conditioning unit was located in the hallway facing away from the bedrooms, so the hallway was very cold, but the rooms and living area were both extremely warm. We were staying with our baby, so this was just too warm for a baby to sleep in. Additionally, even though we had indicated having a baby on our reservation, we were in a top floor unit, so we had to climb a ton of stairs with the pram multiple times a day. Our garden view was actually a view of the caravan park, which wasn't ideal, and although we knew we wouldn't be able to use the riverfront pool since we weren't in a more expensive riverfront room, we didn't realise our unit was in another building completely, even with a separate gym. It just felt a bit like we were second class citizens at the resort, when we just thought we were booking a different room type, not booking a completely different resort (which is how it felt). We moved to another resort on hasting's street which had air con in both bedrooms and the lounge, a pool for everyone to use, a nice view of lush gardens, was walkable to the beach, and was less expensive. I'm just not sure why Noosa Pacific is so expensive, perhaps if you're staying in the riverfront rooms then it might be nice?

Came to Noosa pacific for a 5 day getaway and was appalled by the way my family and I were treated. Upon requesting additional towels we were advised that this was at an extra cost. We politely declined and were told that for this time they would grant extra towels free of charge. After checkout we were still charged a $20 fee despite their indication that it would be free of charge. Despite agreement over the phone and at check in for a late checkout, we were apparently issued a notice to check out before 9:30AM as guests had made a last minute booking. Given we returned to our room very late after dinner, we did not see the notice under the door. We were not called or emailed notifying us of their demand to leave before our originally agreed check out time. At 10AM we awoke to frantic knocking on our bedroom door. Management had gone into our actual apartment WITHOUT CONSENT and began harassing us to leave immediately whilst yelling and swearing at us in our pyjamas. After checking out, we were immediately charged in excess of $400 for ridiculous allegations of excessive dirt, towel fees and smoking without ever being issued with a complaint, invoice or any notice. Our room was not excessively dirty and simply had some sand by the front door and some coal ash from the bottom of our barbecue bags on the balcony which was minimal. This resort is RACIST and called us ‘druggos’. We are absolutely appalled at this DISGUSTING comment especially given we are a group of professionals who do not drink or do drugs. We attempted contacting the resort numerous times to resolve the issues only be told not to bother as they would not listen and hung up on our faces. DO NOT stay here if you are of European and/or middle eastern backgrounds as it is clear that they treat their Anglo Saxon guests with much more respect. If anyone decides to stay here we recommend taking videos of EVERYTHING before you check in and out and get written confirmation of everything. Very sneaky business with no proper dispute resolution process. Will be contacting the ACCC and making complaints to the Queensland hotel regulatory body to ensure that this business is held accountable for their disgusting actions, allegations and clear breach of privacy.

Hi Jasser, Dilara, Yaguvr and Mohammed. Sorry your stay was not satisfactory. This Resort has fully self contained apartments, meaning that we only supply fresh linen, toilet paper, soaps, dishwashing powder, and laundry detergent for the first part of your stay. We are not a hotel which service everyday and give you fresh towels as we have a washing machine and dryer in each apartment for your use. That's why charges apply when getting new toweling and toilet paper. A late checkout was never arranged as there was always a booking coming straight after your departure therefore checkout is at 9:30. We provide all guests with a reminder under their apartment door the afternoon prior to departure date. At 10am we called your mobile and inhouse phone multiple times with no answer. 10:45pm management knocked on apartment door with no answer, and proceeds to knock on bedroom door as still no answer. At no point did management go into any of the bedrooms. When someone answered the door management simply asked you to pack up leave as soon as possible because it was almost two hours after check out time. We asked if you could clean up before you left as it was seen that additional cleaning was necessary. The additional charge of $250 (not $400) was due to smoking in the apartment as we are a non-smoking complex which you were made aware of upon check in and when signing our terms and conditions. We had complaints by guest about the smoke coming from your room. This is a standard policy in most if not all hotels and resorts. We do not accept you calling the resort racist. We only charged you of a fee of $250 for smoking and asked you to leave as it was well beyond your checkout time. This should not be considered racist. Regards, Noosa Pacific
