We had a great holiday at Noosa Crest with our three children in July. We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment - lots of room, modern, clean and the view from the apartment was simply breathtaking. Extra points for the comfy beds and accommodating staff who were friendly and helpful with recommendations on what to see and do around Noosa during a wet week.
Two pools and the spa kept our girls occupied as well as the tennis court. beautiful grounds and a short walk down a private boardwalk to the town centre - which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle.
Reading through some of the previous reviews i'm not sure they stayed at the same place because we loved our stay and looking forward to returning next year....

We stayed at the Crest for a couple's long weekend. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped. The view from our room was awesome. Some of the furniture showed signs of wear, but otherwise the room was great. The complex is located on the hill, so obviously there are multiple stairs and walkways. So if you have mobility problems, this is not the place for you. However, we enjoyed going for daily walks and using the private walkway to get down to the heart of Noosa. Our room was located at the rear of the property, so if you are using taxi/Uber rides, the best pick up and drop off point is the top of Natasha Avenue. The location was great for a quick walk to the beach, restaurants and there are bush walking tracks nearby. For a quick and tasty pub meal we found Flanagans at the top of the hill, had great food, drink and service.

We stayed for a week, the most spectacular views from the balcony, and great location easy walking distance either along the boardwalk or by the road to town & beach. Emma at reception was very helpful. If you struggle with mobility it might be hard as access to apartments is quite steep. Although our apartment had air conditioning this was only in the living area so our bedroom was very hot at night, with just a fan. Also there was a strange shutter type arrangement so the bedroom couldn’t be properly dark and light crept in very early. The apartment was rather tired but fine, you just had to step on the balcony and go wow at the amazing view!

These are high end appartments with sweeping views across noosa bay. They are comfortable and well appointed but as others have noted, could do with more thorough clean between guests. They are expensive, more than $400 per night for a 3 bed premium but lack some of the 5 star touches like decaffeinated coffee for the Nespresso machine. The biggest issue we had was the inconsiderate noise from other guests. Kids screaming continuously, communal halls being used for time out, work calls being conducted on speaker phone at 7am, people smoking on balconies. Very disappointing.

With regards to any disturbances to our guests, whether they be during the day or after hours we encourage guests to inform either our reception staff or after hours security/Night Manager at the time the disturbance is occurring, so that we can act swiftly to have this resolved for you. We work hard to ensure that all our guests have a peaceful and restful holiday, and want to ensure where possible we can stop or prevent any disturbance to our guests. As for other creature comforts such as decaffeinated coffee pods for the Nespresso Machines - As outlined in the guest compendium in each apartment, these are available to guests when asked for. We spent a wonderful 5 nights at Noosa crest where we were looked after by very friendly staff. The very late check in was easily accommodated. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the view over the river and sea. The facilities were excellent including the laundry which we were able to make full use of. We loved the pool and spa pool. The easy walk via the boardwalk to Hastings Street made it easy to access the beach restaurants and shops. We totally recommend this facility and would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Noosa Crest for not long enough In my opinion. It is run by a Husband & Wife team who are amazing, so helpful and friendly. The apartments were the best we have ever stayed In with everything you could possibly want and need . They are in a great location it’s only a 10 minute walk to the bars & restaurants it might take a little longer to come back as it’s uphill. We will most definitely be back to stay. Stayed for 3 nights in a upper floor apartment which had beautiful views towards river. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped. Both pools were lovely. The walk to beachfront and shops is via the boardwalk, which is fine but would be very difficult if you have mobility difficulties as its steep and coming back its all uphill. But the boardwalk itself takes you right into the shops,dining and beach location via the park. So the apartments are a very good location. If you choose to eat in at the apartment the nearest supermarket is back in the main town which is a far bigger walk or approx max 10 minutes drive. There is only a small, bit expensive supermarket down at Noosa strip itself. Relaxing stay and would stay again.

We witnessed management abused an elderly woman. Utterly disgraceful behaviour. This triggered us to leave early as it was such an unkind display and the poor lady was clearly very embarrassed The rooms were dated and not well cleaned. The views were lovely

Fabulous family resort, amazing views, spacious well equipped rooms and facilities. Well set out amongst lush lawns and bushland on different levels .... this gives a peaceful and private atmosphere. The pools are just lovely the lower level pool being heated and set amongst bushland, the higher level with spectacular views over Noosa. Loved the private boardwalk to Hastings/Beach. A big thank you to Donna on reception for being so friendly and helpful.
