We stayed a week in a 2 bedroom third floor apartment with large sun terrace. The apartment overlooked the pool & at time it was very loud & noisy. The pool itself was very nicely fitted with cabanas, loungers & a spa pool. The property provided pool towels. The bedrooms were of a good size with wardrobes & the master with ensuite. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment if you wanted to cook if not a large range of cafes & restaurants are close by. Hastings St is a 15 min walk downhill.

Nice apartment, incredible views and the rooftop spa was amazing. The thing that brought our stay done was the overly excessive departure checklist. On departure you are required to empty the bins, not only put the dishwasher on (which is fine) but wait for it to finish and put the dishes away, but most surprisingly they leave a vacuum in the room and you are required to clean the floors before you checkout. I go on holidays to have a break from cleaning and at over $350+ per night you would think they could hire a cleaner to at least do the floors. Very disappointing.

Hi Joeeyy90, Thank you for taking the time out to leave the review. From reading the review it does sound like yo stayed in one of the Air BNB units that we do not manage. We do not have a departure check list as such with any of the rooms that we manager as you would like all of our guests to relax and enjoy their holiday with us and do not expect them to 'clean' the unit on departure. This hotel is in an excellent location with great facilities. Just a quick walk down the hill to Hastings St Noosa. The pool area was fantastic as was the view from our roof top spa. The apartment bathrooms need updating, otherwise a wonderful stay.

The rooms and facilities are a high standard. very comfortable. Standout was the receptionist (Kerri) above and beyond.. Her effort to make our stay as enjoyable as possible was really refreshing. It's so nice to go to a resort where the staff ACTUALLY care about your experience, rather than pretending to care. Really appreciate her efforts to accommodate our family. Resort was great! Highly recommend!

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and clean. Every amenity you could need and a huge balcony to eat, drink & watch the sunset. The pool area is lovely and the barbecue terrace is amazing for evening cooking if you wish to use. You’re in easy walking distance of Hastings Street & Noosa Junction, so you have an excellent choice of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again when I’m next in Noosa

Stayed here for 5 nights in December 2022. Pros -Good location -Good pool area -Secured parking -Good wifi Cons -No lifts so if you have heavy luggage it’s hard to take it up to the top floor. -Carpet in room had some stains -Spa area was a little too difficult to access

We really enjoyed our stay at Noosa Hill, we particularly enjoyed the pool and spa! We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment and found it to be adequately spacious and very clean. Everything you could possibly need was provided. We were a mixed aged group and it met everyone needs. Very close to Noosa town centre... something to be aware of the hill down to the beach is very steep, there is a fenced off pedestrian walkway all the way which is perfect but be warned it is a steep walk in every direction! Parking being included was great We would definitely return to Noosa Hill Resort!

What a fabulous resort - close to the very excellent Noosa Junction which has great restaurants and shops and close to Hastings Street. The management here cannot do enough to ensure you have a great stay. Our 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment looked out onto courtyards from each room, had a dining room and outdoor setting and an up-to-date kitchen. Absolutely beautiful pool and spa as well a tennis court and sauna.

Where do I start!!! The main bedroom was full of tiny ants, including in the bed. So much so the first night couldn't get any sleep. The roof top spa (which we paid a lot of money for, was cold and you were unable to change the pre-set temperature). There was no dish washing liquid or tea towels etc in the kitchen. The kitchen tap was broken, the touch drawers either wouldn't open and when they did, they kept opening after you pushed them closed. No plug for bath or even the most basic supplies most cheaper motels provide such as shower gel were supplied. When we advised the reception of the issues, they said they would change the sheets the next day (in the main bedroom, which was no help as that was the day we were checking out), when we said that, she said they had no staff. We were advised by 2 different staff (including the male manager) we would receive a credit on our next stay, but that his wife "Kara" organised the credits and would be in contact. On our return, we sent numerous emails and phone calls, all to be ignored. Finally spoke to Kara the manager who advised they didn't accept negative reviews and there would be no credit, compensation nothing and was to be honest very rude. WTH, you are charging people top dollar for a luxury stay and this place is below standard to that of a cheap budget motel.…
