This resort is not as advertised and I do not recommend booking here. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, was very dirty and really run down. None of the way lights at night work so you walk back to the apartment at night in the pitch black. The hot tub wasnt cleaned properly and had a greasy scum on top of the water. As if that wasn't bad enough there was construction taking place next door. That wasn't advised at the time of booking. It was very noisy and started at 8am every day. So all in all this was a terrible experience. The advertising was very misleading and I would never book here again.

We had a really nice ground-floor apartment which was clean and well-equipped (incl washing machine and dishwasher with individual detergent sachets). Separate bedroom, bathroom/laundry room, and kitchen/diner/lounge. Good aircon throughout. Good free wifi in room. Jacuzzi (whirlpool bath) in bedroom. Pair of tame Brush Turkies nesting in the garden! Nice communal pool, but pool bar wasn't open, indeed looked shut down.

We booked the penthouse at $950 for two nights for a brief honeymoon. The first afternoon I cut my toe on a piece of glass on the floor left over from the previous guests. I spent the next hour picking the piece of glass out of my foot and bandaging it to stop the blood . Not bad enough for a doctor or anything, but enough to prevent me from using the hot tub, and certainly enough to prevent us from walking barefoot around the apartment. I reported the incident to reception and they passed the report on to the manager. Three days later the manager said 'sorry, we will make sure it doesn't happen again.' That was it. Can't tell you how disappointed I am in both the incident, and the follow up. Rubbish!!!

Hi Michael, I did speak about this with you in length last week. I appreciate that you are unhappy with what has happened and the response from the resort however as mentioned I followed up once I was back in the office, apologised and reported the issues as well as putting together an incident report. I also want to note that your son checked in prior to you and it is difficult to acsertain whether the glass was left by a previous guest or whether it had been walked through the unit on a shoe. Regardless of how it happened, I in no way want you to feel that we did not care about what happened or understand your frustration, that was not the intention and I am sorry you felt that way.

We recently stayed at Noosa Blue resort in a penthouse apartment on level 3. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, including a washer /dryer, dishwasher lots of kitchen items. Room was serviced during our stay and pool towels were in the room. Lounge was comfy & had the added benefit of being a sofa bed, although the mattress was on the sofa bed was pretty bad. King bed in bedroom was soft and comfy. Room was completely private & quiet. Rooftop spa bbq area was bigger than I expected, again clean and lovely views. The entire resort was well maintained, quiet & the staff did not bother us all. Main pool was big, kiddy area is also really nice with a fun slide. Location of the resort was perfect, a pretty, leafy 10 min walk down to Hastings St & beach or opposite direction and you are at Noosa Junction in 5 min where there are lots of restaurants + supermarket. There is a bottle shop and pub across the road & lots of other resorts nearby. We would stay at Noosa Blue again, as it was relaxing & for the location.…

If the apartment did not have the roof top spa it would be very average accommodation for such a nice part of Australia. It’s not close to the beach, the bed was two singles pushed together with no mattress topper and therefore very hard edge down the middle. The roof spa up 10 or so stairs is not as private as you think. Star 1 price Star 2 roof top spa Wish for a true double or queen bed seeing as you spend 6 plus hours in it.

I am sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay with us. Our resort is approximately a 5- 7 minute walk to Noosa Main beach and hastings street which is advertised on our website and easily accessible from resort reception and all advertising material. The other option Our penthouse suites have very private spa and BBQ areas separated by large block walls between each unit so I am unsure regarding your comment about these spaces not being private. I will follow up on your feedback regarding the bed, all our units are separately owned however I go through the units and look at any beds that may need a topper to assist with making the beds more comfortable.

Our reception team is more than happy to assist our guests with their requests and should you have spoken to them during your stay we would have been able to assist. I am fully aware of your stay and the state our unit was left on your departure. I have again looked at the photos and it is incredibly disappointing that you have continued to leave this review up when you checked out leaving our unit in a very unsatisfactory state, needing an hour of extra cleaning with food, piles of dirty dishes, rubbish throughout the unit and urine all over the floor of the bathroom. I will kindly ask that you remove this review as at no stage during your stay did you speak to us in person regarding your floor until departure on your refusal to checkout, leaving the unit in an unacceptable state.

The location of the hotel is fabulous, but if you want a quite room then forget it! We complained and a lovely lady at reception was able to move us to another room and she said she would try to see if we could stay in the next room. Well, this morning we had to move and given 30 minutes notice. We had asked for a quite room all along and never got one. We are again right opposite the pool which is busy and noisy. Most inconvenient and no consideration. And all the hotel said was “ take it up with your agent” RUDE

Premium Penthouse Suites were amazing highly recommended with gorgeous views. Well equipped apartments and the entire resort was very well managed . A couple of bars across the road and a bws!! is perfect after walking up the hill a couple of times a day from Hastings St.

I am currently staying in room 318. The shutters on the windows don’t block out the exterior lights of the resort, which is lit up like a Christmas tree, making it impossible to sleep. There is so much light in the bedroom that I am thankful I am only staying 2 nights.

A wonderful location which allows you to either walk to main beach OR the village and access all that each location has to offer. No need for a car. You can't really take a car to Hastings street anyway as there's never any parking. Easy walk from Main Beach to the resort OR they have electric scooters on site for hire. We book directly with the resort and can recommend the level 3 penthouses as they face away from the road, are quiet and have great views of the hinterland. The top level of the apartments has a spa which is ready to get in the moment you check in. It's hot up there during the day but wonderful at night to watch the sunset as the view is to the West. Friendly staff and nice cafe in site for morning coffees. Just across the road is the essential services you need, a liquor store and a pub that serves decent food too. Walk to the village is 5 mins and there's a Coles, other services (a great hairdresser I just discovered) and lots of cool restaurants that are budget priced. There's a pizza place called Somedays Pizza which is very good, and does take-away too. A wonderful stay I will definitely be back and ask for the same room.…
