We didn’t want to leave Noosa so we added 2 nights at the end holiday here at Noosa Blue. Being a yogi I loved the opportunity to wake up go down stairs and enjoy a yoga class. The walk down to Hastings was a good start to the day. Loved the super friendly staff too. Make sure you book the penthouse with the rooftop spa bath! It’s been so romantic! 🌹

$400 a night, ( Room 206 ) it was fantastic 20 years ago but she needs an update. Broken, run down and pretty tired, it just shouldn’t be like that. Don’t get me wrong it wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Cafe really lacked variety in its offerings. Coffee was not good at all, terrible in fact - extremely bitter. Staff were great, they couldn’t be more helpful and pleasant.

I am extremely upset with Noosa Blue Resort. I booked an oasis One Bedroom Suite for my daughter, son in law and their 8 month old twin girls to have a relaxing holiday after enduring 120 days of Covid lockdown in Melbourne. Does anyone think it is unreasonable that I assumed that the words bedroom and suite would lead me to expect that there was actually a bedroom in the suite? Well there is not a bedroom, and as a result my twin granddaughters are currently sleeping in their travel cots in an old and not well maintained bathroom!!!! Anyone with young babies knows that they need a separate quiet room to sleep, especially with twins. When we checked in I went back to reception thinking their was a mistake and was told that I really should not have booked through the bookings.com and that I should have booked directly with the resort. Apparently I was supposed to phone the resort to clarify that one bedroom suite actually means a completely open sleeping, living, kitchen and laundry area. Why does the resort list their property on Booking.com if we are not supposed to use it? Because it is peak season there is literally no other accommodation available. We were told that the manager would phone us but as yet we have not received a call. The wording and photos in the room description very cleverly avoids the fact that there is no bedroom. Pre Covid I traveled frequently and have never had such a bad experience. I was very embarrassed and upset that I had made such a poor choice for my daughter.

FAIL! I booked this hotel for our anniversary getaway. I always do my research on hotels before I book anywhere, and Trip Advisor is one of the my key resources to get feedback. After seeing so many positive 4 and 5 star ratings from previous guests, I decided to book. I booked direct through the hotel website a few weeks ago, I booked a Deluxe 1 bedroom apartment. Arrived on 25/9 and not happy with what we were given, nothing like the reviews that lead me to book this hotel. This room is old, dated, dirty and needs work. Remember I said I booked a 1 bedroom deluxe apartment? You open the door you can see the bed, the spa bath and the couch. Sound like a bedroom when its all open? Fans are filthy, lights are dirty, the sliding bathroom door didn’t close, the patio door didn’t lock, the trim is coming away from the wall. That is not a Deluxe room. We are really angry. I spoke to reception to warn her that I had posted to Trip Advisor and to their facebook page, overhearing us was the maintenance manager. He came straight away to look at the bathroom door, he tried to slide the door and couldn’t budge it, because it was swollen and split. He said that the door needed to be replaced but couldn’t do it while we were there, which we weren’t expecting him to replace it with us there. He broke the guide off the door so that it was at least able to be closed. He managed to repair the lock on the patio door. He said that the hotel had been booked full for the last 8 weeks and nobody has mentioned these issues. I find it hard to believe that NOBODY told reception that the bathroom door couldn’t be closed! I’d be more apt to say that the room hasn’t been used in ages, OR, someone has complained and nothing was done. One or the other. I told the maintenance manager that we would be leaving a day early, the place is filthy, he told me to talk to the reception girls to see what they could do for us, but they couldn’t move us to another room because the hotel was fully booked with school holidays, another thing we knew. He told me that they could maybe give us an upgrade for the next visit, I told him there wouldn’t be another visit, he said “yes there will”….umm, NO there won’t. I gave them a chance, I don’t return to a place I write bad reviews on. You impress me the first time and I’ll return. This did not impress. I would never stay here again and would not recommend. If you decide to come here anyway, and they assign you room 201, tell them you want another room! There is no way 3 nights is worth the $711 for THIS room. Thanks for what was supposed to be a lovely anniversary weekend away and wasn’t! Only good point to this place - good amount of undercover parking and free wifi. THAT’S IT!

Very well located, with a lovely walk along Noosa River where you find many restaurants and cafes. The resort is very comfortable and clean with a kitchenette if you wish to have breakfast or a light meal. Will definitely stay again. The Managers Darren and Jackie are very friendly and willing to assist with any needs.
