Detailed Reviews
We had a fantastic time here in Noosa. It was our first time to visit this beautiful place and the weather started out great, before the welcomed rain towards the end of the week. This didn't impact our love of this natural wonder. We did some of the walks, ate at many of the restuarants and cafes on Hastings street and also nearby at the marina and Noosaville. The SEbel is perfectly located in such a central spot. Walk to Main beach, shops and Aroma cafe at your fingertips!
The two bedroom unit we stayed in was fantastic, spacious well appointed, great kitchen and fridge was large enough for the 6 of us. The lift near us was handy to get street access and we were right near the bus bay, 2 min walk which was super conveinient. The only bugbear was the lift at the entrance which seemed to be broken for most of our stay - we used it a couple of times with elderly parents travelling with us.
Staff were very helpful, rooms were cleaned efficiently and daily, we borrowed boardgames on rainy days, umbrellas and everyone was happy to accommodate. The pool was a big hit with the kids, they absolutely loved the water! Plenty of sun chairs were available and overall it was a great relaxing holiday! Will definitely be back!!

These imaculate apartments have complete kitchens including a washer and dryer. The outide deck has a table and chairs for dining or entertaining. They are spacious and have comfortable beds. The complex has a lovely pool, childrens pool and gym. The location is ideal because it is so close to the beach and within walking distance to the national park. Shops and restaurants are located on the same tree lined street .

The Sebel is a solid choice for Noosa. The location is great in the middle of Hastings St, the property is well maintained and we appreciated the extra Covid cleaning regularly taking place. We were in a two bedroom deluxe. The size was good and the apartment had everything you could want. Perhaps a few more sharp cutting knives would be appreciated. Having two bathrooms of good size was also appreciated. The only slight negatives were the age and comfort of the lounge furnishings and as a suggestion, perhaps an area could be set up where people leaving Noosa (like us) could drop off their unwanted beach umbrella, beach chairs, boogey boards etc, so that other guests could make use of them.
In all a great stay.

We stayed one night for our anniversary, it’s a great central location but I probably wouldn’t stay there again, for the price I paid I don’t think it was anything too special, I hated having to go through three gates every time we go in or out and the lifts are only one person at a time or else stairs. The pool area is quite small and wouldn’t really cut it in busy times. The one thing I do give credit for is that there is a bath in the room and it’s a spa bath. No views fom from our room but decent size. Will try somewhere else next time.

Dear Kristy B, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay with us at The Sebel Noosa and for choosing us for your special celebration. I am pleased you liked the location of our resort and the spa bath in the apartment. I am sorry you found the gates frustrating and the pool area small. The current restrictions on the number of people in the lifts is due to Covid19 and I apologise you found this frustrating. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. We have stayed before and we leave it long enough between visits to forget about the disappointments. Arrived and the reception is located in the car park with temporarily fencing as a part wall (not kidding…what WH&S). The furniture in the room is old, uncomfortable and outdated. The TV is set up through a very old foxtel box with the cheapest subscription so most channels not available, including free to air TV channels (weird that we wanted to relax and watch TV on our holiday). The WiFI was so bad we couldn’t even send, receive or file emails. We had to tether to our phones for our entire stay. They told us at check in (in the car park) that our room would be serviced every second day, which we were told would be Sunday (for the price we should get the room serviced everyday and a turn down service). I called at lunch Sunday to enquire when they were doing the service, they said 2pm. I stressed we wanted it done, it wasn’t done and when I called that evening, I had to call twice and raise my voice just to get clean towels. This ended with us getting a bottle of complimentary sparkling. The gardner loves to get out the leaf blower at 6.30am and rev it on and off, on and off, until you want to self harm (he has also woken every small child in the hotel). Do not start me on the renovations that we were not told about when we booked and the noise from the drilling and jackhammering was dreadful. I suspect we won’t forget this again next time we are booking a stay in Noosa.

I have to be honest this hotel definitely fell well short of expectations there was still construction going on many entry exit points still closed lots of tradesmen walking around and quite a bit of noise as well. The room was good though it had the basics but nothing fancy the biggest down fall was the outside room noise that you constantly had from screaming children slamming doors very loud in courtyard areas where people made no attempt to be respectful of others and noice created without the doors and tv being on it would have been intolerable. The best part was the position of hotel very close to food places like cafés restaurants ice cream bars little supermarket vey close and beach access literally across the road. Parking was very limited very small car spaces I basically left my car in the same spot fearing I wouldn’t get my space if I came back later so that was disappointing luckily tour companies picked us up from Sofitel right next door. Would I came back no I wouldn’t. If your a family with kids and make a lot of noise it’s a great place to stay if you like a relaxing reasonably quiet place don’t stay here. Some the staff were friendly and nice but it was a little hit and miss as well unfortunately

Great location to stay; right on Hastings St & metres from beach. Nice size 1 bedroom apartment with good amenities. We were disappointed that the room was only serviced every 4 days as we paid a high price over New Year period.

Where should I start this is probably one of the worst hotel we ever stayed!
Stay far away from river view rooms, very very noisy and rubbish track comes every day at 5am and you will definitely wake you up, the hotel should advise at booking but obviously they don’t care!
Got 2 different persons at reception a male and a female and both were quite rude.
Accor Silver status wasn’t noticed and even when I showed my card was dismissed very fast. Definitely the worst Accor hotel we ever stayed!

We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment room No. 534 in the Rainbow wing of Sebel from the 18 to 22 April. We found the location of the hotel to be very central on Hastings Street to everything we needed restaurants, the beach and cafes. The room was a good size with a large balcony. It was setback from Hastings Street so normally would be very quiet. The pool at the resort is a bit on the small size. We found the staff of Sebel to be very friendly and helpful and are an asset to the resort. Being Accor members we were invited to drinks on Wednesday which was a nice gesture and a good way to meet the other guests.
Unfortunately, the Rainbow wing we were staying at was having the roof replaced which made it very noisy starting at 7:30 am and going throughout the day. There is a storage room near our room on the third floor where paint seemed to be stored and accessed early every morning with loud conversations occurring outside our door most mornings. When getting coffee in the morning two senior workers in high vis shirts thought it was a joke about the amount of noise saying more would be made today. Too bad if we came for a relaxing holiday! There was also roofing insulation material being blown all over the balcony making it unusable while we were there.
We would go back to Sebel Noosa but not until all the works were over. We were advised about the refurbishment but thought that it was on the empty wings and not in the area where you are occupying. The room rate isn’t discounted to compensate for the disruption.

Whilst reception wasnt open 24hrs due to covid safe precautioms, our stay was very good. Amenities, laundry and ironing board options.
We received a free hearty breakfast hamper (yoghurt, eggs, bacon, sausages, a whole loaf of bread, some milk poppers, avocado, fruit salad etc) a lifesaver since hastings st is very quiet ator due to reduced cafe limited hrs etc, free basic drinks voucher for each member (3p), $50 credit for our stay (which we used for a lunch with a nearby partnered restaurant) & a free basic high tea. Mum & Dad were very impressed.
Whilst we preffered not to have our room serviced this time (I do love free tea & hot chocs) , and there seemed less staff, they were very friendly, including the cleaners etc, helping with the gates etc, pleasant.
First time using membership card. Handy carpark. Fun times in the pool. Wouldnt have minded a hotter jacuzzi spa😉 but it is summer after all.
Good stay, good discount ator, overall good packaged deal.
