Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We must have passed the iconic Reef Hotel hundreds of times but have been in for either a drink or a meal, so when my wife suggested lunch at The Reef it seemed like a golden opportunity to fill a hole in my Noosa experience.

Being at the top of the Noosa Hill, the view over Laguna Bay is impressive and the sea breezes on the alfresco dining patio are very refreshing. The menu and food are typically pub food. We had the Chicken Parmaigiana at $25. Whilst we are not Chicken Parmigiana connoisseurs, I suspect it would only rate about 5 out of 10 or average. The chips were good and plentiful, the mixed salad, plentiful but a bit dry and lacking in dressing or mayonnaise. The $6 per pint of Great Northern beer compensated for the salad dryness.

In conclusion, average pub food, cheap beer, a pleasant, scenic environment, family friendly so worth a try, at least once.

My partner and I dined here over the long Ekka Weekend. Great venue, we had the Oysters to start with then the Chef's special Swordfish. The Oysters were clean and fresh, the Swordfish cooked perfectly. Staff were really friendly would definately come back next time we are up in Noosa. Thank You

Flanagans Irish Pub Noosa provide a variety of tasty food at reasonable prices. Entertainment is free and great. Service is first class. The bar makes a variety of delectable cocktails and the view over the Noosa shoreline is superb.

The Noosa reef hotel have just started a bottomles brunch deal on Saturdays and Sundays for $79 p/p which goes for 2.5 hours.

My husband and I along with 9 others tried this on Saturday and must say that it was definitely value for money.
The food was great, not fine dining quality however everything was cooked perfectly and tasty, the natural Oysters were also very fresh and beautiful and beverages on offer include wines, beers, mimosa's and aperol spritz.

The staff were wonderful and very accommodating and even offered boxes to take the leftover food home.
The only comments a few of the others made was that the baked Brie would be better left whole where you can just dip the bread in as we found that it dried out very quickly the way it was served on the day.

Overall, it was a great experience and we'll certainly be back.

We had lunch at the Reef Hotel Bistro while on holidays. The bistro atmosphere was very welcoming and the views from the deck were amazing. The bistro aesthetic was contemporary coastal which added to the ambience of having lunch in a great location. Lunch was delicious and the service exceptional.

Have been planning my wedding reception with them for over a year, currently on my third venue coordinator- can you say failure to keep staff? The current one takes the cake, from telling us we’re not her customers, to saying we cannot have a small portable speaker in the private room for our first dance. Each time we interact with them it’s been one headache after the next. They have treated us like a huge inconvenience, don’t take function/wedding bookings if you don’t want the clientele. Honestly Stacey seems set on just making us go elsewhere.
Functions are so clearly not their forte, and the attitude is they just get in the way of them serving their actual customers. Take your function elsewhere and save yourself the headache

The Reef use to have a good reputation for food, particularly its steak. Ordered a 350gm fillet steak, medium rare and was very disappointed. The steak appeared to have been flattened to make it look larger and was well overcooked. At $49.00 for the steak, it is certainly not value for money. Won’t be returning

Food has gone downhill. Fish tacos tasted sour and whilst the barramundi was good, what came with it was a mess of cold salad. They used to do great Indian tapas but not anymore. Not sure u will come back again

We ate here twice on our short visit in Noosa. The food, the drinks and the service was fantastic. Cocktail jugs are so well priced, I don’t know why you would buy a glass. Food was very tasty especially the beef ribs and chicken Parma. Hard to find one with ham around here. We will definitely be back.

We dined here for lunch. The pub wasn’t busy but the lady in charge personally looked after us from table selection to ordering.
Three of us had the Caesar salad. Two were with anchovies but because they ran out of anchovies my friend could select a replacement topper at no extra cost. The other diner had the rump which was cooked as ordered and tender. Being seniors we ordered from the ‘wise’ menu. This menu though acknowledges that we might be slightly older but still enjoy good food. None of the banger and mash options here. The price was also very reasonable.
We ordered from the table through the online app. We are dinosaurs but found it an easy task. The beer was cold and the view relaxing. What’s not to like. Good job Noosa Reef Hotel.
