Bali Hai Apartments offer 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom fully self contained spacious (min 120sqm) apartments. All of the apartments offer views of varying degrees. Our 3 bedroom Penthouses offer 180 degree views from Laguna bay/ocean, over Noosa Heads, along the Noosa River and out to the hinterland mountains. Each penthouse has its own private roof top deck with private spa, BBQ and outdoor seating. Our location is 10 mins walk (600m) to Hasting Street and Main Beach, where you can learn to surf, standup paddle, swim or just relax. 400m to local shopping, take away and supermarkets. We offer free wifi, free undercover secure parking, free DVD hire, free book exchange, heated pool in winter, hot tub and communal BBQ and outdoor eating areas.

We had a nice, relaxing stay here over Easter. It's a great building, but unfortunately a little more run down than we expected. Pros: Flexible cancellation policy via Booking.com (which was useful given the ever changing COVID restrictions!), the owners allowed us to check in early, the apartments are big, we had a beautiful garden rainforest view from the bedroom, it was clean and quiet, the location was great (close to the supermarket and buses and close enough to the beach to visit easily), they had some boardgames and DVDs to borrow for rainy days and the apartment had all we needed and some nice extras (e.g. toasted sandwich maker and blender). Cons: It felt a bit run down. The spa didn't work, which was a huge shame as it was one of the reasons we chose this place and would have made a fairly cold and rainy week a lot more fun! The mattresses were sagging and uncomfortable, the showers leaked water onto the bathroom floors, the bedroom door didn't close and the kitchen had an odd mixture of crockery (heaps of huge salad bowls but no normal breakfast bowls!). We had expected a bit more for the price, but we did have a very nice stay.

Stayed here for five nights on my regular solo trip to Noosa Heads. I hadn’t used this one before and was pleasantly surprised at it being much more roomy than I expected.
As other reviews state, there are no lifts. Therefore the higher up you go, be prepared to climb more stairs. The walk up the front driveway, the steps even the street itself on approach is rather steep. Be prepared for a quite the workout if you’re walking to and from.
Location wise you have the best of both worlds at the top of Noosa Hill - down the hill one way is Noosa Junction with the shopping strip, cafes, pub etc. then down the other way is access to Hastings Street and the main Noosa Beach. There’s the Reef Hotel and attached bottle shop virtually next door. There is a walkway that cuts through the forest at the end of the street but maybe not then best option if you’re uneasy on your feet or have little kids with you as there’s a lot of steep steps.
The apartment itself presents beautifully. Never have I stayed in a self contained apartment that is so well equipped. The kitchen has every appliance and utensil that you could possibly need. The rooftop area has a hot tub and barbecue along with suitable outdoor furniture for either cooking/eating with family or lounging in the sun. It’s partly shaded by a large shade sail.
Wifi is included with the stay and worked for me perfectly even up on the rooftop. The bedrooms are air conditioned as well as the main living area along with ceiling fans.
Secure off street parking is available at the bottom of the building. There’s a communal pool and barbecue area that look well maintained by the lovely helpful hosts.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 7 nights - management very efficient and helpful. The apartment was spacious, 2 bathrooms, aircon, Netflix and the area was quiet. Nice view from our first floor balcony. Pool was well kept. Good location, can walk to Noosa junction in 10 mins (although steep hill on the way back) and Hastings St in 10-15, also steep climb coming back. Cons: looking a bit tired, QS mattress sagging, wifi dropping out in the evenings- one night dropped out completely for ages and we were in the middle of a movie.

This is very pleasant 4 star accom. The rooms are a little dated but made up for by good tv, heating and cooling fridge, oven washing machine etc. The short driveway is steep and for the less mobile request floor one as there are no lifts. The bus stop down to Hastings St is very closeby on the main road. We didnt really connect with the owners as we didnt need anything. They seem very quiet and hard working. I would have liked a mid week room touch up as we stayed 8 nights. There was a nice view from our deck.

Excellent location, free local buses on the weekend. Very spacious, clean and well appointed apartments with amazing views. Michael and Susi were excellent hosts and very kindly gifted me a bottle of delicious wine. Would highly recommend Bali Hai.
Noosa has everything you could possibly want for a holiday or celebration…..from the National park to amazing beaches, cafes, cocktail bars and so much more.

Stayed with 4 friends in a 3BR Penthouse & 2 BR apartment for 3 nights & it was a perfect arrangement for us. The units are large & very well appointed. As previous reviews have mentioned there are no lifts so with that plus the steep 15 min walk down to Hastings Street we had plenty of exercise! Only negative I can think of is that the pool wasn’t very inviting, it could do with an upgrade/resurfacing.

Just spent a 3 night break at Bali Hai. The unit was very nice, clean, and really well furnished for a holiday rental. Had plenty of room and only a short walk down to Hastings Street and the beach. Highly recommend.

Positioned high on the hill so be prepared to do a lot of walking to get to Hasting St. Stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse apartment, it was spacious, clean and neat. Ensuite bathroom could do with a Reno but otherwise prefect. The views up there are quite spectacular especially seeing the sunset. Close to Noosa junction IGA and more restaurants & cafes. Would highly recommend.

Stunning spacious apartment with fantastic views. Very clean and tidy with all ammenities. Kitchen is very well stocked and staff are lovely people. Honestly one of the best apartments we have stayed in. We’ll be back!!!

We decided to stay in the penthouse suite. Great views of the ocean and the bays. The evenings spent in the spa after having a wonderful bbq, a bourbon in hand watching the sunset. Priceless! Vanessa and Michael were great hosts, lovely people with hearts of gold! They would go above and beyond to ensure our week stay was a memorable one!
